On‑board purchase: During off‑peak hours, tickets may be bought upon boarding, but cash only is accepted and seating is not guaranteed—this option is not recommended as a first choice.

Boarding procedure: Terminal and stop guidance

Narita Airport Boarding Points

T1 Terminal: The regular boarding point is Bus Stop No. 11, which shifts to Bus Stop No. 10 during the 20:35–22:55 period.

T2 Terminal: Bus Stop No. 16 is used as standard, changing to Bus Stop No. 17 during the evening period.

T3 Terminal: Board at Bus Stop No. 8 during the day, switching to Bus Stop No. 9 in the evening. Please pay attention to floor signage (boarding points at some terminals are located on the 2nd floor).

Shinjuku Stops

Key stops include Shinjuku Station West Exit (in front of Keio Department Store), the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal (Busta Shinjuku), as well as the doorsteps of major hotels such as Tokyo Hilton Hotel and Keio Plaza Hotel. After alighting, shops and accommodation are within walking distance. The last services at 22:25 and 22:55 also add a stop at TCAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal).

Services run frequently throughout the day, with departures every 15–20 minutes during peak periods. The journey time is significantly affected by traffic and typically ranges from 95 to 130 minutes. Delays may occur during weekday morning and evening rush hours, so it is advisable to allow ample time.

The bus is fully non‑smoking and equipped with spacious seats, complimentary Wi‑Fi and a restroom. Certain vehicles are wheelchair‑accessible (marked with a “●” symbol on the timetable). Staff will proactively assist with luggage; each item is tagged with a numbered label and collected upon alighting to prevent mix‑ups.
