If the registrant is a senior aged 70 or above or a pregnant woman, a liability waiver must be signed to ensure your safety and rights. Please note it in the "Special Requirements" field when placing an order. We will send the agreement document via email upon receiving the order. Please sign it in advance and send a photo back to complete the registration process.

Each traveller may bring 1 piece of luggage free of charge (recommended to be within carry‑on luggage size). Please indicate this in the "Special Requirements" field when booking. If you bring it without prior notice one day before, it may cause crowding and affect safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded.

If there is an infant aged under 3 weeks not occupying a seat among your fellow travellers, please be sure to note this when booking. Even if the infant does not occupy a seat, they must be counted in the vehicle's licensed passenger capacity. If not informed in advance, the tour guide has the right to politely decline boarding.

We will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 one day before the trip with the tour guide and vehicle information. If you have booked a hotel pickup package, please wait outside the hotel lobby at the specified time according to the email instructions. The email may be mistakenly marked as spam, so please check carefully. During peak seasons or special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed; the latest email shall prevail.

This activity is a shared tour. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be waited for and no refund will be given. Any liabilities and costs incurred as a result shall be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.

We will arrange the vehicle type based on the number of participants on the day. Vehicle type cannot be specified. You may share the ride with guests using other languages during the trip. Please be aware.

Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once confirmed, do not change it last minute. If you fail to board due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

Seasonal events such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special blooming periods, snowscapes, lantern festivals, and festive activities are susceptible to weather or other force majeure. If no official cancellation notice is received, the trip will proceed as scheduled. No refund will be given if the blooming period or scenery is not as expected. Please be aware.

During peak travel seasons or under special circumstances, the departure time may be brought forward or delayed. Please refer to the email notification sent the day before as the standard. Please prepare in advance.

Seating on shared tours is generally on a first‑come, first‑served basis. If you have special needs, please note them when booking. We will try our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement will be at the tour guide's discretion on site.

Due to strict controls on operating vehicle usage time in Japan, the attractions, transportation, and stop times included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged based on the day's conditions. In case of traffic jams, weather changes, or other special circumstances, the tour guide will seek majority consensus and adjust the order or omit some attractions reasonably. Your cooperation is appreciated.

This tour is a group activity. You must not leave the group midway or leave the group without authorisation. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining itinerary will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and the fee will not be refunded. Any risks or liabilities arising after leaving the group shall be borne by the individual.

Due to the long travel time of the itinerary, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid scheduling other activities on the same day as the trip ends. Our company shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays.

Child safety seats are not provided

If the number of passengers or the number/weight of luggage exceeds the limit, the supplier has the right to refuse service without refund
