Annual Pass activation validity period: Valid within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase. If not activated online or an electronic Annual Pass number is not obtained offline within this period, it will be deemed as automatically forfeited, with no refund or change permitted, and the pass will expire.

Annual Pass validity period: Calculated by calendar months, valid from the date of online activation or offline collection of the electronic Annual Pass number (whichever comes first) until the last day of the corresponding month in the following year.

For example: If a guest purchases a Chimelong Annual Pass online on 10 November 2025 and activates it online or obtains the electronic Annual Pass number offline at the ticket office of the designated theme park on 15 November 2025, the validity period will be from 15 November 2025 to 30 November 2026.

Reservable entry dates for Annual Pass: The total number of "reservable entry dates" within the validity period of a weekday pass shall be no fewer than approximately 280 days. Reservable entry dates may exclude certain statutory holidays and the adjacent make‑up working days, certain winter vacation dates, most summer vacation dates, Halloween Eve and Halloween (31 October – 1 November), New Year's Eve (31 December), special themed event days, and crowd control days, among others. The park will announce the non‑reservable dates in advance through official channels; please refer to the latest "Chimelong Annual Pass Calendar" published on the official Chimelong APP or mini‑programme. Pass holders may only enter the park on dates for which they have successfully made a reservation. In addition, for public safety, in the event of extreme weather, adverse weather conditions, or when capacity limits are reached, the park may implement temporary closure or reservation control measures, and we cannot guarantee entry for Annual Pass holders.

Pass collection and activation:

You may activate your Annual Pass using any of the following methods:

(Recommended) Online activation: After purchasing the Annual Pass, if you agree to use the Annual Pass via facial recognition, activate the Annual Pass online on the Chimelong official APP/mini‑programme (you will need to bind your ID document number and upload a photo of your facial information). You can then enjoy convenient entry through the facial recognition gate.

2. Offline collection of electronic Annual Pass number for activation: After purchasing the Annual Pass, you may visit the ticket office of the theme park to which the purchased Annual Pass belongs (choose either of the two theme parks), present the voucher code information and mobile phone number obtained at the time of purchase to collect the electronic Annual Pass number, then proceed to the Visitor Service Centre to activate the Annual Pass (you will need to provide your ID document and have a photo taken for activation records), and simultaneously register your facial information (if you agree). You can then enjoy convenient entry through the facial recognition gate.

3. If you do not agree to use the Annual Pass via facial recognition, you must activate the Annual Pass through the offline electronic Annual Pass collection method described in point 2 above (without registering facial information), and you will be required to present your valid ID document at the Visitor Service Centre for manual verification before each entry. After verification, an entry voucher will be issued, and you must present your valid ID document, electronic Annual Pass, and entry voucher together — the three documents combined — for verification to enter the park.

Special notes:

1. This Annual Pass is an electronic pass; no physical card will be issued;

2. The Annual Pass is a special ticket category and cannot be converted online into an electronic QR code ticket or collected from self‑service ticket machines.

Reservation instructions:

1. In accordance with relevant laws and industry practices, and to create a comfortable and safe park environment, Chimelong Annual Passes are subject to a "reservation for entry" system. Pass holders must make an entry reservation in advance before each visit through the "Annual Pass Reservation" on the "Chimelong Online Reservation Platform" within the Chimelong Travel APP/mini‑programme. Annual Pass users can view the reservation calendar for the next 60 days (including the current day) within the Chimelong APP/mini‑programme and make reservations within "reservable entry dates". Entry is only permitted after a successful reservation. Daily reservation quotas for park entry are limited and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

2. If special themed events are held within the park (such as Chimelong Happy World Halloween‑themed activities, New Year's Eve countdown events on 31 December at each park, anniversary celebrations, etc.), or if the park implements crowd control measures due to excessive visitor flow and for public safety considerations, the park may reduce or cancel the reservation quotas available to Annual Pass users during such periods. Please pay close attention to announcements on the Chimelong official website www.chimelong.com, the official WeChat mini‑programme, the official WeChat public account "Chimelong Travel" (長隆旅遊), or the "Annual Pass Channel" on the Chimelong Travel APP, and plan your visit outside peak periods.

Important notes:

1. Holders of Annual Passes activated online must present their valid ID document for identity verification at the ticket gate upon their first entry. If the pass holder matches the Annual Pass eligibility criteria and the information corresponds, entry will be permitted. If the criteria are not met or the information does not match, a fee difference payment or a change/refund procedure will be required;

2. Once activated, the Annual Pass is name‑specific and applies only to the pass holder registered at the time of activation. It cannot be changed or transferred. If the Annual Pass is lost before activation, it cannot be reported lost or reissued;

3. Chimelong Annual Pass holders must not engage in ticket scalping, peddling goods, unauthorised accompaniment of others into the park, or any other illegal/non‑compliant activities within Chimelong's theme parks. Otherwise, the applicable park has the right to refuse entry and has the right to terminate the use of the Chimelong Annual Pass based on any single illegal/non‑compliant act by the pass holder, without any refund. Any consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the pass holder.

4. This product is available in limited quantities and is sold on a while‑stocks‑last basis. We may suspend/discontinue the sale of related products based on park operational management requirements;

5. Chimelong Annual Passes, once sold, are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable (except where otherwise provided by laws and regulations).

Additional notes:

Entry requirements: Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 or above to enter the park.

In the event of facility maintenance, adverse weather, or other circumstances, certain equipment and facilities may be temporarily closed. No refunds will be provided for the period during which facilities are closed. The park reserves the right of final interpretation.
