After a successful booking, please check your reserved email shortly. Use the collection code to collect your tickets at the self‑service kiosk or exchange for a paper ticket at the manual ticketing counter. Present your ticket for entry verification.

(1) Adult Ticket (Standard Ticket): All visitors;

(2) Child Ticket: Children aged 3 years or above but under 12 years, or with a height of 1.0 metres or above but not exceeding 1.5 metres on the dining day;

(3) Parent‑Child Ticket (1 Adult + 1 Child): Includes 1 standard ticket and 1 child ticket;

(4) Family Ticket (2 Adults + 1 Child): Includes 2 standard tickets and 1 child ticket;

(5) Duo Ticket: Includes 2 standard tickets;

(6) Triple Ticket: Includes 3 standard tickets;

(7) Each adult holding a standard ticket may bring one child aged under 3 years or with a height below 1.0 metres on the dining day for a complimentary meal.

(1) Breakfast 07:00‑10:30, Lunch 11:30‑14:00 (semi‑buffet style), Dinner 17:30‑21:30;

(2) Timings are subject to change; please refer to the actual operating hours of the hotel/restaurant;

(3) It is recommended to collect tickets and dine at least 2 hours before the meal period ends.

(1) The buffet price already includes a service charge;

(2) The ticket is valid for single use only on the specified date of validity. Please plan your time accordingly;

(3) Buffet reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance. The order date should be the intended use date. If you have booked a hotel, the breakfast use date should be the day after check‑in. For example, if you check in on 1 August, the breakfast order should be placed for 2 August. Please take note.
