After the ticket is issued, please check the reserved email. Collect your ticket at the ticket machine at the restaurant entrance using the "Ticket Collection Code" and the "System Issued Mobile Number", and present the ticket for dining.

‑ Adult Ticket (Standard Ticket): All visitors;

‑ Child Ticket: Children aged 3 years or older but under 12 years old, or with a height of 1.0 metres or above but not exceeding 1.5 metres on the day of dining;

* Each adult holding a Standard Ticket may bring one child aged under 3 years old or under 1.0 metres in height on the day of dining for a complimentary meal.

‑ Service charge is included in the buffet price;

‑ The ticket is valid for one‑time use only on the valid date. Please arrange your time accordingly;

‑ Buffet requires reservation at least 1 day in advance, with the order date being the date of use. For hotel bookings, the breakfast usage date should be the day after check‑in. For example, if checking in on 1 August, the breakfast order should be placed for 2 August. Please take note.

Seat availability for meal tickets can only be checked after payment is completed. If the restaurant is fully booked after payment, we will notify you to cancel or reschedule. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
