Select the date of use and number of people to place an order. Upon successful booking, a confirmation will be sent via SMS or email.

Present the "contact mobile number + reserved name + e‑voucher" for ticket collection and use. The ticket will become effective 120 minutes after successful booking, please wait patiently.

(1) Every Monday maintenance 17:00‑22:30 (ticket inspection stops at 22:00);

(2) Weekdays: 10:00‑22:30 (ticket inspection stops at 22:00);

(3) Weekends and public holidays: 10:00‑23:00 (ticket inspection stops at 22:30);

The above operating hours are for reference only, subject to the actual opening hours of the attraction on the day.

Self‑service ticket machine at the Fantasia Ferris Wheel Lobby

(1) This ticket must be ordered and paid 120 minutes in advance. Full refund without penalty within 30 days of the travel date. Valid only on the designated entry date; separate ticket purchase required for re‑entry. Please fill in the mobile number and name accurately; any losses due to incorrect information provided by the visitor shall be borne by the visitor;

(2) One adult ticket can only bring one child under 1.2 metres (excluding 1.2 metres) for free;

(3) Ticket booking time: Tickets can be booked before 17:59 on the day;

(4) This ticket must be collected at the ticket office before 22:00 on the travel date using the entry number or name/mobile number received by the booker. For orders with multiple tickets, please enter together; split entry is not supported. If the visitor cannot enter due to personal reasons after the cut‑off entry time (ticket inspection stops at 21:00), the resulting loss shall be borne by the visitor;

(5) Each Ferris wheel cabin holds a maximum of 8 persons. Visitors must follow staff arrangements and enter designated cabins in order to avoid load imbalance. This ticket is not a private cabin ticket and requires shared boarding;

(6) Usable during operating hours. Operating hours: Mon to Fri 14:30‑22:30 / Sat, Sun & Public Holidays (summer/winter break) 10:00‑22:30 (entry stops at 22:00). Opening and closing times are for reference only, subject to the on‑site notice on the day;

(1) To ensure safety, the attraction may adjust opening/closing times due to abnormal weather, special events, visitor capacity, equipment maintenance, or other force majeure factors. Please refer to the on‑site notice on the day;

(2) Equipment undergoes daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections, and related maintenance may cause delays in operation or temporary closure. Please refer to the on‑site notice on the day for details;

(3) Persons with cardiovascular diseases (heart disease, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, etc.), fear of heights, pregnant women, intoxicated persons, persons with mental illness, persons with limited mobility, or those in poor health should not ride;

(4) It is strictly prohibited to bring flammable or explosive items, offensive weapons, toxic chemicals, pets, or other prohibited articles on board;

(5) During the ride, it is strictly forbidden to move around, lean on cabin doors, shake the cabin, open doors without authorisation, or engage in any unsafe behaviour. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin, and do not litter;

(6) If you feel unwell or encounter an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions and guidance of the on‑site staff;

(7) Staff have the right to refuse boarding to visitors who violate safety regulations and refuse to comply after warnings. The attraction shall not be held responsible for accidents caused by visitors' negligence, carelessness, or violation of the above safety regulations;
