(2) A full refund will be given for cancellation. However, if the tour is confirmed to proceed, no refund or rescheduling is possible.

(3) As staff and vehicles have been arranged in advance, no refund or rescheduling can be made if you are unreachable during the pick‑up time or not at the designated hotel on the day.

(4) During the tour, you are responsible for any accidents such as injuries caused by personal reasons.

(5) Please keep your passport and valuables with you and secure them properly during the trip. You shall bear any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.
