10:00~19:00 (Entry before 16:30 on Mon‑Fri); 10:00~21:00 (Entry before 20:00 on weekends and public holidays)
(1) The ski pass price includes basic instructor service (which may be adjusted according to crowd flow), and rental fees for snowboards, ski suits, ski boots, and helmets. From 1 January 2025, a deposit will be required when collecting equipment;
(2) Visitors must fill in their information in the 'Snow Extreme' mini‑program and scan the mini‑program ticket QR code to enter the park. Ski equipment must be collected before entering the ski area;
(3) Latest entry time of the day: 17:00 on weekdays / 18:00 on non‑weekdays. If you choose to have your ticket verified at the latest entry time, you are deemed to have voluntarily waived the original play duration associated with this ticket and agree to change the original play duration to the period from the latest entry time until the end of business hours on the day of ticket verification (19:00 on weekdays / 21:00 on non‑weekdays);
(4) Number of entries: 1 entry per ticket (no re‑entry allowed);
(5) Due to the special environment of the ski resort and the inherent dangers of skiing, for safety reasons, minors under the age of 16 and seniors over the age of 60 must purchase tickets and enter the park accompanied by a person with full civil capacity. Children under 1 metre in height will not be provided with ski equipment;
(6) Lockers are available at an additional charge (small locker HKD 25/day, large locker HKD 30/day);
(7) In the event of a sudden surge in visitor numbers, the ski resort may implement crowd control measures such as phased entry and queuing by number. Thank you for your understanding.

Zhelu Ice & Snow · Hangzhou Snow Pole Star City Ski Centre is located at the intersection of Gangbei Road and Xingyuan Road in the Hangzhou Linping Economic Development Zone, only a 35‑minute drive from the city centre. The ski resort covers a total area of 15,000 square metres, with the cold zone occupying approximately 10,000 square metres. It features beginner and intermediate slopes, a freestyle snowboard park competition area, indoor magic carpets, and a 3,000‑square‑metre polar experience project.



Hangzhou Snow Pole Star is a brand‑new urban indoor ski resort co‑developed by Zhejiang Zhelu Investment and Hangzhou Ao Xue Qi Yuan. It champions the concept of "bringing skiing closer to people", using the city as its base to create a friendly and accessible skiing service experience. With a "polar" theme, it combines skiing and polar experiences to build an immersive polar‑style ice‑and‑snow setting. At the same time, we have established the Snow Pole Star membership community, aiming to reach all kinds of communities in Hangzhou that love fun, action, and adventure, inviting Hangzhou residents to co‑create wonderful content for Snow Pole Star.
