Golden Wonder Brings Interactive Crisp-Making Experience to Edinburgh's Waverley Market

The free event takes place on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th September 2026, running from 9.30am to 6.30pm daily. It is hosted at Waverley Market, located at 3 Waverley Bridge, Edinburgh New Town, EH1 1BQ, directly adjacent to Waverley train station in Waverley Mall.
During the experience, flavour experts assist attendees in crafting personalised crisp seasonings. The menu features options ranging from mango jalapeño and haggis to traditional staples like sea salt and vinegar. Participants use their custom seasoning to tumble a bespoke bag of crisps by hand and receive an extra flavour pot to take home for everyday cooking.
