Explore the incredible architecture of our building, learn about whisky production in a way you never have before, fill your own mini bottle, taste a variety of samples, and hear the story of how two whisky lovers from Edinburgh went from dreamers on a sofa to operating the world’s tallest distillery.
Founded by two friends from Edinburgh, the building reflects the company’s ambition to adopt a modern and pioneering approach to producing Scotland’s national drink, and makes use of research carried out in the years before construction.
