During the event, the CN Tower and several other city landmarks—including Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena, The Bentway, Malting Silos, and the Public Pier—will be illuminated in orange. This display honours Phyllis Webstad of the Secwepemc, Stswecem'c Xgat'tem First Nation, whose residential school experience inspired the movement and its message that every child matters.

The evening programme at the CN Tower base features remarks from Elders and Indigenous community members. Attendees can also watch traditional drumming and jingle dress dance performances, alongside a musical performance by Jordan Hart singing his original song 215 and Counting.

The tower illumination will be fully visible after dusk. Everyone is welcome to attend, and organisers request that visitors planning to join take a moment to register online beforehand.
