The agenda features high-level reports and debate tables focusing on topics such as inclusive tourism, generational relief, geopolitics and its impact on the sector, and a humanistic look at the evolution of travellers. The sessions are designed to provide strategic vision for travel agencies facing decisions regarding business continuity, artificial intelligence, tourism reputation, and the strategic role of agencies in coming years.
