What to See and Do
Visitors this year will brave four distinct scare mazes, including a brand-new, top-secret attraction created exclusively for the 2026 season. Returning fan favorites include:
Sadistic Circus: A twisted funhouse maze filled with disfigured clowns and unsettling laughter.
Blackout: A pitch-black descent into a butcher's slaughterhouse that tests your senses.
Redneck Rampage: A backwoods nightmare featuring a blood-soaked family on the hunt.
Beyond the mazes, guests can enjoy live music, a live fire performer, a spectacular firework display, and immersive photo opportunities. Free on-site parking is also available. For visitors looking for extra thrills, Taylor's of Edinburgh funfair rides, food vendors, and an event bar can be accessed at an additional cost.
Practical Information for Visitors
The event runs on selected dates starting from 16th October 2026, including 17th, 23rd, 24th, 30th, and 31st October 2026. Opening hours are from 6.30pm until 11pm, with the last entry to the maze attractions at 10.30pm.
New for this year, visitors can purchase Fast Track tickets, which grant one priority entry per maze across all four scare mazes, followed by unlimited regular maze access for the rest of the evening. Additionally, the age restriction has been updated: for the first time, Terror welcomes guests aged 16 and over. Given that last year's dates sold out entirely, organisers strongly encourage visitors to secure tickets early.
