Mikla is not only one of the best restaurants in Türkiye, it's among the best in the world, having ranked among the top 50 in 2018 and held a Michelin star for the last two years running. Located atop the hip Marmara Pera Hotel in Beyoğlu, Mikla features sweeping views of the city and a menu of some of the most creative fine-dining cuisine in Istanbul, built on local ingredients and influenced by both Anatolian and contemporary European cooking techniques.
