Notice for Direct Passengers from Hong Kong Airport to the Macau Artificial Island Port:

1. Passengers must arrive at the Hong Kong Airport Direct Check‑in Counter at least 30‑60 minutes before the bus departure to complete boarding procedures.

2. Passengers with luggage to check in must arrive at least 60 minutes in advance, and those without luggage to check in must arrive at least 30 minutes in advance..

3. Passengers must hold travel documents (such as a passport) with a validity of not less than six months and destination visas (if required).

4. Luggage instructions: The bus fare includes one free piece of luggage, subject to specific weight and size limits. Each piece of luggage must not exceed 20 kg (44 lbs) or total dimensions (length + width + height) must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches). An additional fee of HKD 90 will be charged for each extra/overweight piece of luggage (which must not exceed 32 kg / 70.5 lbs). Please note that each piece of luggage is tied to a single guest and cannot be pooled or shared. The bus company reserves the right to refuse the transport of overweight, oversized luggage, or any items classified as dangerous goods (such as flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, hazardous substances, animals, and livestock), or items prohibited by customs regulations.

Special Notes:

1. Passengers must transfer to Macau/Pearl River Delta on the same day they arrive in Hong Kong by flight

2. Upon arrival at Hong Kong International Airport, please proceed directly to the TurboJET counter located in the E2 Ferry Transfer Area at the Arrivals Level to complete boarding procedures. Please do not complete Hong Kong immigration clearance. Once you have cleared immigration, you will not be able to return to the airport restricted area to use the high‑speed ferry service.

3. Passengers must complete boarding procedures 60 minutes before the ferry departure time (if luggage check‑in is required) or 30 minutes (if no luggage check‑in is required or if using the through‑baggage service).

4. If you miss the last connecting airport service, you can consider entering Hong Kong to take a sailing to Macau from the Hong Kong‑Macau Ferry Terminal in Sheung Wan.
