Shuttle bus: The three Disney hotels have shuttle buses to and from the Hong Kong Disneyland resort area (runs approximately every 15 minutes, subject to the resort's schedule).

Breakfast age policy: Adults: 12 years old (inclusive) or above; Children: 3 years old (inclusive) to 11 years old (inclusive); Children under 3 years old (exclusive) dine free with a paying adult.

The hotel offers Standard Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Sea View Rooms, Sea View Balcony Rooms, Ambassador Rooms, Disney Themed Ambassador Suites, Walt Disney Suites, and Roy Disney Suites. The rooms are designed with traditional Victorian style or Disney‑themed story elements, and are equipped with modern facilities.

Regardless of which resort hotel guests stay at, they can enjoy the facilities and special recreational activities of all three hotels.
