Hong Kong Octopus Card


(1) Select the date, number of passengers, and enter the name of one of the users to place the order;
(1) After successful payment, check your email or mobile message and present the e‑ticket QR code to redeem your ticket at Hong Kong International Airport;

(1) Tourist Version Octopus Card (with HKD 50 pre‑loaded value) ‑ for other packages, please refer to the detailed package description;

(1) This card can be used at designated convenience stores, food courts, vending machines, etc., without the need for cash payment;
(2) Staff can provide accessibility assistance services;
(3) When adding value, place the Octopus card on the Octopus reader until you hear a "beep" and the transaction complete and balance display appears before removing the card. If the transaction cannot be completed because the card was moved too quickly, please place the Octopus card back on the same reader;
(4) Do not place more than one Octopus card or other contactless smart card on the Octopus reader at the same time;
(5) Do not tamper with the Octopus card, including bending, writing, scratching, cutting, or attaching stickers, photos, or other decorations; otherwise, the transaction will not be recognised, and the balance will not be refunded;
(6) If you book a rental version Octopus, a HKD 50 deposit is required for each card upon redemption. Upon return, staff will refund the deposit and the remaining balance on the card, and a [service fee] will be charged for each card;
(7) If the balance on the Octopus card is zero or negative, the card cannot be used until it is reloaded;
(8) The Octopus card can be reloaded via the Octopus App or with cash at thousands of locations across Hong Kong (7‑Eleven, Circle K, 759 Store, McDonald's, VanGO, Watsons, Mannings, etc.);
(9) Any remaining balance on the card can be refunded in cash at any MTR station (except Airport Express counters);
