The ski area features 5 slopes of varying difficulty, including a beginner snowboard practice slope, a beginner ski practice slope, an intermediate slope and 2 advanced slopes. Notably, the two three‑dimensional intersecting slopes, a rare feature in indoor ski resorts, offer intermediate and advanced skiers a unique sense of fun from the changing terrain. In addition, the intermediate slope and the ski practice slope are connected by a mid‑section buffer zone, forming an extra‑long indoor alpine ski run of up to 460 metres.

Ski Area

The ski area features a total vertical drop of 66 metres and five slopes of varying difficulty, with gradients ranging from 7.6° to 21°, an average width of 35 metres and a year‑round snow depth of 50 cm. Uphill facilities include 1 double chairlift and 5 magic carpets.

★ Snowboard Practice Slope

This slope is wide and open, approximately 35 metres wide and 70 metres long with a gradient of about 10°, making it slightly steeper than typical beginner snowboard slopes. Beginners with zero experience are advised to first practise strapping on their snowboards in the flat area to master the basic stance and stopping techniques before heading to the top to boldly attempt new moves.

★ Bear Cub Slope

The Bear Cub Slope is wide and open, approximately 50 metres wide and 70 metres long with a gradient of about 8°. With a relatively gentle overall gliding speed, it is ideal for beginners with zero experience, and children can boldly try practising here.

★ Snow Rabbit Slope

The Snow Rabbit Slope is approximately 35 metres wide and 300 metres long with a gradient of about 10°. As the slope with the highest skier density and the most popular run in the entire resort, it is suitable for skiers who have already mastered the basic skiing stance, falling and stopping techniques. Moreover, given that the gradient and width of the slope are particularly well‑suited for snowboard/ski enthusiasts to practise ground tricks, it is affectionately known as the "Flat Tracks Boulevard".

★ Reindeer Slope

The Reindeer Slope is approximately 35 metres wide and 230 metres long with an average gradient of about 14.8°, suitable for lower‑intermediate and intermediate skiers. The upper section has a gradient of about 18°, testing your stability and nerve in performing basic skiing movements on medium‑to‑advanced gradients, while the lower section has a gradient of about 10‑12°, where you can fully enjoy the fun of carving. In addition, we have set up a mogul field and a wave course on the lower section for you to experience extraordinary terrain challenges.

★ Tiger Slope

The Tiger Slope is approximately 35 metres wide and 220 metres long with an average gradient of about 16.8°. As the "XX" ski terrain park is built on this run, it attracts the highest‑calibre skiers in the resort. While riding the chairlift, you will often see riders practising their tricks on rails and jumps. Of course, this slope also caters to your carving and edge‑to‑edge needs.

Snow Play & Ice Play Zone

★ Snow Flying Saucer

Hop on a flying‑saucer‑shaped inflatable snow tube and race down from the top of the snow mountain, with the crisp snow breeze rushing past your face. In the blink of an eye, you will glide to the bottom, savouring the thrill and excitement of snow speed.

1. After completing your ticket purchase, please use your ticket collection code and valid identification to exchange for a snow card at the self‑service ticket machine or ticket counter at the resort.

2. Admission Notice: Visitors must present valid identification + snow card to enter the resort. Timing starts when you tap your card through the turnstile.

3. Equipment Collection Process: After entering the warm zone, collect your equipment (snow suit, snow boots, locker wristband) at the rental counter. After changing, return to the rental counter to collect your helmet. Then proceed to the cold zone of the resort and collect your skis/snowboard at the rental area inside.

4. For the ski area, skiers who enjoy challenging themselves with high‑difficulty runs and snow experts can unlock more new skiing skills on the advanced slope with a 66‑metre vertical drop and the two major terrain parks (Beginner Terrain Park and FAW Audi Terrain Park), experiencing the infinite charm of all‑terrain skiing!

5. After finishing your session, return all equipment at the rental areas, confirm no belongings have been left behind, tap your card to exit, and your timing ends (overtime fees will be paid on‑site).

1. How to choose a ticket?

Hot Snow Wonderland is divided into the snow play zone and the ski zone, with separate tickets for the two areas. Snow play tickets include ice amusement rides such as Ice Bumper Cars, Ice Bicycles and Tulip Slide; ski tickets allow you to ski, with options of 3‑hour skiing, 4‑hour skiing and unlimited skiing. Please refer to the product description for specific slope access rights. Beginners are advised to choose the 3‑hour beginner/intermediate ski ticket. If you wish to experience both skiing and snow play, you can choose the 4‑hour (skiing + snow play) combo product.

2. How do adults and children buy tickets?

Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland tickets are priced the same for adults and children, with no concessionary or free tickets. Snow suits at the resort range from a minimum size of 70 cm to a maximum of 200 cm.

3. Are equipment included in the ticket?

Tickets at Hot Snow Wonderland include equipment. Snow play tickets include snow suit/snow boots/locker, while ski tickets include snow suit/ski boots/skis or snowboard/helmet/locker. Ski and snowboard options are available; you may choose one at collection upon entry, and no change is allowed mid‑session.

4. Do I need to bring my ID card for entry?

Hot Snow Wonderland implements real‑name booking and admission. Visitors must bring a valid personal identification document (including ID card, passport, Home Return Permit, Hong Kong/Macau ID card, etc.) for entry, presenting the document + snow card.

Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland Visitor Notices

1. With your snow card, you may choose to collect either ski or snowboard equipment. Once collected, no exchange is supported.

2. On the day of your visit, please be sure to bring the visitor's valid identification document. If the document presented on the day of visit does not match the information on the ticket purchased, it will be deemed as automatic forfeiture of the ticket usage rights, and entry to the resort will be denied with no refund or change.

3. Please keep your ticket collection code safe and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the ticket collection code may result in the inability to enter the resort, requiring the purchase of a new ticket. After collecting your snow card, keep it safe. If visitors are unable to enter the resort or enjoy activities due to loss or damage of the card, a new ticket must be purchased. During your visit, please keep your ticket at all times and present it when requested by staff.

4. Certain rides may have requirements on visitor height, weight, age and accompaniment. Ride restrictions are as follows, and the specific content is subject to the notice at the resort.

(1) Adventure Trail: limited to guests taller than 1.4 metres and weighing under 100 kg. Visitors with acrophobia should not participate;

(2) Snow Flying Saucer: limited to guests weighing under 90 kg. Minors under 1.2 metres must be accompanied by an adult;

(3) Ice Bumper Cars: minors under 1 metre must be accompanied by an adult;

(4) Ice Bicycles: limited to guests taller than 1 metre;

(5) Flower Sea Snow Tube: limited to guests taller than 1.2 metres and weighing under 110 kg. Visitors aged 50 or above, or those suffering from heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, a history of lumbar spine fracture, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or conditions deemed unsuitable for strenuous exercise by a doctor, are not advised to participate;

(6) Ice Slide: limited to guests taller than 1.2 metres. Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland Safety & Security Inspection Notices

1. When participating in snow and ice activities, please act within your limits, follow the instructions of the staff, and ensure the personal safety of yourself and others. Minors should participate under the accompaniment of adults with full civil capacity. Elderly people and pregnant women are not advised to participate in strenuous snow and ice activities;

2. Some snow play attractions are not suitable for visitors suffering from heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, acrophobia, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or conditions deemed unsuitable for strenuous exercise by a doctor. Please carefully choose which activities to participate in based on your actual physical condition.

3. For the personal and property safety of you and others, please carefully read and comply with all safety notices, venue rules and ride usage guidelines posted at the resort, including the "Admission Notice" and "Snow Play Ride Notices", before participating. Please pay close attention to the ride notices, seating posture requirements, safety warning signs and broadcast announcements posted at each snow play attraction. If you have any questions, please consult the on‑site staff. Please use all rides and facilities properly and follow the instructions of the on‑site staff.

4. Please stay alert and safe at all times during your visit (mind your surroundings, do not run on the ice, avoid slipping, etc.). Do not linger in the stopping zones or buffer zones of snow play attractions.

5. If you experience any discomfort, personal injury, property damage or other incidents during your visit, please seek help from the on‑site staff immediately.

6. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please refrain from the following acts:

(1) Engaging in activities beyond the scope of the product's agreed entitlements (including areas, rides, etc.), conducting unregistered or unauthorised ski lessons/ski technique instruction, commercial photography, live streaming, personal selling, obtaining or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or any other improper use;

(2) Transferring, reselling or lending your product entitlements to others;

(3) Engaging in any dangerous, illegal or aggressive behaviour;

(4) Engaging in acts that seriously disrupt the normal operation of the resort or seriously endanger the personal and property safety of others;

(5) Other inappropriate behaviour.

In the event of any of the above, the resort has the right to take any of the following measures in whole or in part at any time without bearing liability for compensation or other breach of contract:

(1) Place you on the visitor blacklist, including the Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland blacklist (you will be prohibited from entering Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland), the Hot Snow Wonderland brand blacklist (you will be prohibited from entering Hot Snow Wonderland ski resorts elsewhere and other co‑operated ski resorts), and the industry alliance blacklist;

(2) Revoke, nullify or freeze your products and entitlements. No extension, deferral or refund will be given for any unused remaining period/fee;

(3) Charge a penalty of 30% of the order amount. If the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses, further compensation will be pursued.

7. Smoking is prohibited inside the resort (including tobacco products, e‑cigarettes or other products that produce smoke). To maintain a pleasant environment, please do not smoke inside the resort. Otherwise, you will be placed on the visitor blacklist and prohibited from entering the resort for 15 days.

8. Personal selling by visitors is prohibited inside the resort. Please do not bring excessive items into the resort. Bulk, cooked or perishable food items may spoil and cause food safety issues. It is recommended that visitors finish such food before entering the resort.

9. To ensure the safety of you and other visitors, please proactively undergo security checks. Do not bring flammable, explosive or other dangerous items, or state‑regulated controlled instruments. All outside food, beverages, drinking water, including but not limited to the above items (except baby food), and any other items deemed by staff to pose a safety hazard are strictly prohibited from entering the resort.

10. For your safety, if any facility or equipment in the resort experiences any abnormality or malfunction during operation, it must be shut down for inspection. Some facilities or equipment may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, no ticket extension or refund will be provided.

11. The resort's operating hours or the availability of any attraction may be adjusted due to capacity, severe weather, special events, safety or order considerations. Please refer to the actual notice posted at the resort on the day of your visit.

12. The "resort" mentioned and applicable in this product refers to the Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland indoor ski resort operated by "Guangzhou Snowmark Culture & Sports Development Co., Ltd.".
