[Booking Process]: Select travel date, vehicle type and number of passengers ‑‑ fill in contact details + hotel information ‑‑ confirm details ‑‑ place order and pay ‑‑ payment successful ‑‑‑ booking confirmed;

[Ticket Collection Method]: After booking is confirmed, please check WhatsApp/SMS for the confirmation voucher. Present the printed voucher or show it on your mobile phone to the driver;

[Fees Included]: Driver fee, tolls, fuel charges, traffic accident insurance;

[Fees Excluded]: Driver gratuity (if you are satisfied with the driver's service, a tip of 20‑80 THB is appreciated);

[Service Coverage]: One‑way transfer from Bangkok Airport to Khao Yai;

[Language Service]: The driver speaks Thai. If you require an English‑speaking driver, please indicate this in the remarks when booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but this is not guaranteed;

[Airport Pickup Instructions]: If there is no flight delay, the driver will wait for 2 hours from the scheduled landing time. If prior notice is given for visa‑on‑arrival processing, the wait can be extended to 4 hours;

[Other Notes]: The company reserves the right to arrange a vehicle of the same class or higher than the booked vehicle class;

[Friendly Reminder]: Durian is not allowed in any air‑conditioned premises in Thailand. When using this car rental service, durian must not be brought on board. The fleet will refuse boarding and no refund will be issued. Please take note;

[Festive Season Notice]: Surcharges apply during Christmas, New Year, around Chinese New Year, and Thai New Year. Please contact customer service in advance for details or pay the difference after booking;
