Our transfer service is a point‑to‑point service without intermediate stops. Routes cannot be changed temporarily. The driver will plan the route based on traffic conditions, and intermediate stops or detours are not accepted. If you need delivery to multiple addresses or pick‑up from multiple locations, please place separate orders.

8. Do I need to confirm the pick‑up service time?

For transfer services, the driver will check your flight arrival time based on the flight number. If the flight departs on time, there is no need to inform us. If the flight cannot depart on time, please refer to the booking notes and inform us of the flight delay at least 3 hours in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.

9. Do I need to print my ride voucher when I travel?

Yes. We will send the ride voucher file to your email, and we also provide the ride voucher in image format. You can print the ride voucher and carry it with you, or save the image‑format voucher to your electronic device. Before using the service, you must present the paper or electronic version of the ride voucher to the driver or the pick‑up representative.

10. How much luggage can I bring?

The standard luggage allowance is one piece of hand luggage and one small suitcase or carry bag per person, with dimensions not exceeding 70cm x 40cm x 20cm. If you are carrying large luggage that cannot fit in the vehicle or other overweight baggage (including prams and/or wheelchairs), you may need to pay for a second vehicle. Each vehicle type has restrictions on the number of passengers and luggage capacity. Please check carefully.
