Damnoen Saduak Floating Market
Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, commonly known as Bangkok's "floating market," is a place closely connected to the daily lives of local residents. In the market, small boats selling goods crisscross along the canal, while the stilt houses of local riverine residents line the banks, together painting a quintessential and heart‑warming picture of Bangkok.

In the canal flanked by lush tropical trees, several boats laden with fruits and vegetables shuttle through the narrow waterways. The women vendors onboard, wearing distinctive straw hats, call out loudly to attract buyers. During peak hours, these small trading boats and passenger boats can cause traffic congestion on the canal, creating a lively and bustling scene.

Maeklong Railway Market
Maeklong Railway Market is a traditional market full of local character. Here, you can see stalls of the traditional market set up along both sides of the railway tracks, creating a unique spectacle. When a train is about to pass, the station sounds a warning whistle, and the stallholders quickly retract their stalls. Once the train has passed, the market quickly returns to its bustling trading state. This sight is truly a one‑of‑a‑kind wonder in the world!
Group size for 5 or more persons is capped at 10‑12 people
Train passing times: You can witness the amazing sight of the train passing through Maeklong Railway Market daily at 6:20, 8:30, 9:00, 11:10, 11:30, 14:30, 15:30, and 17:40.
