Booking Method: Select your desired date, fill in the details of one person to place the order. Once payment is successful, the order is confirmed.
Ticket Collection Method: After successful booking, please check your registered email later. You can print the attached e‑ticket or show it on your mobile at the ticket counter to redeem.
Business Hours: 12:00‑20:00 (Please enter at least 1 hour in advance; subject to change, please refer to on‑site announcements!)
Ticket Redemption Time: 12:00‑19:30 (Please arrive at the venue 40‑60 minutes before the ticket office closes to redeem your ticket.)
Experience Duration: 15 minutes (Closed every Tuesday and Wednesday)
Boarding Location: 23rd Floor, Studio City Hotel Macau (Take the direct elevator after ticket check on the 3rd floor). This ticket is valid for regular cabins only, not for special cabins.
Warm Reminder: There are 17 cabins, each with a maximum capacity of 10 persons. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Child Policy: Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket (passport or travel document required). Children aged 2‑12 need to purchase a child ticket. Currently, adult and child tickets are priced the same on this site. Valid for children aged 2‑12.
Cancellation/Change Policy: If the Ferris wheel is unable to operate due to weather conditions on the day, please contact us immediately.
Weather Factors: In case of adverse weather conditions, you may submit a request for a date change or refund. This is subject to confirmation by the attraction. Thank you for your understanding!
The "Shadow of the Star" Ferris Wheel in Macau is a brand‑new project and hotel facility under City of Dreams Macau. Standing at a height of 130 metres, it is the world's tallest figure‑8 Ferris wheel, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of Macau.
