【Booking Process】：Select travel date, vehicle type, number of passengers; fill in contact information and hotel details; confirm information; place order and pay; payment successful; booking confirmed

【Ticket Collection Method】：After successful booking, please check your email for the confirmation voucher. The voucher can be printed or downloaded to your mobile phone; present it to the driver

【Inclusions】：Driver fee, fuel cost, vehicle rental fee, toll fee, traffic accident insurance

【Exclusions】：Driver gratuity (if you are satisfied with the driver's service, a tip of 20‑80 THB may be given at your discretion)

【Service Hours】：Pick‑up and drop‑off available 24 hours; no surcharge for late‑night services

【Service Coverage】：One‑way airport transfer from Bangkok Airport to Hua Hin / Cha‑am city hotels; if the hotel is in a remote area beyond the coverage zone, customer service will contact you after booking regarding the fare difference

【Airport Pickup Instructions】：If there is no flight delay, the driver will wait for 2 hours after the scheduled landing time; for visa‑on‑arrival, if notified in advance, the waiting time can be extended to 4 hours

【Overtime Charges】：After the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, a charge of THB 300/hour applies; less than 1 hour is counted as 1 hour, payable directly to the driver

【Other Notes】：This is the price per trip; any change of destination en route may incur an additional fee, which must be negotiated with the driver or contact us

【Child Seat】：The Baby Seat price is per trip per unit; each vehicle type can be equipped with a Baby Seat. If needed, please order it together with the vehicle. Suitable only for children under 109cm in height or aged 0‑4 years

【Other Notes】：The company reserves the right to arrange a vehicle of the same class or higher than the one booked

【Important Reminder】：It is strictly prohibited to bring durian into any air‑conditioned areas in Thailand; durian is not allowed when using this car rental service. The driver will refuse boarding and no refund will be issued. Please take note
