After booking is confirmed, please check your email for the confirmation voucher. Print it or download it to your phone and show it to the driver.

Driver gratuity (if you are satisfied with the driver's service, a tip of 20‑80 THB is appreciated);

Pick‑up and drop‑off available 24 hours a day, no surcharge for night service;

One‑way transfer from Hua Hin/Cha‑am city hotels to Bangkok city centre. If the hotel is in a remote area outside the coverage zone, our customer service will contact you after booking to arrange the additional charge;

The driver will start waiting at the scheduled time. Please arrive at the pick‑up point 5‑10 minutes in advance;

After the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, a charge of THB300/hour will apply. Less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour. Payment is made in cash to the driver;

This is the price per vehicle trip. If the destination is changed at short notice, additional charges may apply and must be negotiated with the driver or arranged through us. We reserve the right to arrange a vehicle of the same class or higher than the booked vehicle class;

Baby seat price is per seat per trip. Baby seats can be added to all vehicle types. If needed, please book together with the vehicle. For children under 109cm in height or aged 0‑4 only;

Durian is not allowed in any air‑conditioned premises in Thailand. Durian is strictly prohibited when using this car rental service. The fleet may refuse boarding and no refund will be issued. Please take note.

Surcharges may apply during Christmas, New Year, around Chinese New Year, Thai New Year and other festive periods. Please contact our customer service for details in advance, or the price difference can be settled after booking.
