Gather and board at 08:00 in front of Bic Camera, Namba Station Exit B21, Osaka. It is recommended to arrive 10‑15 minutes early

(1) Minimum tour group size is 7 people. If the number of participants does not reach the required minimum group size, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email will be issued 3 days before departure;

(2) Tour fee includes local driver, fluent Chinese‑speaking tour guide and their tips, as well as the round‑trip transportation costs listed in the itinerary;

(3) Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the gathering time; latecomers will not be waited for. Late arrivals or no‑shows are non‑refundable;

(4) Daily itineraries may be appropriately adjusted or shortened due to weather, traffic, attraction opening conditions or other force majeure factors. Your understanding is appreciated;

(5) Seasonal landscapes such as flower viewing and maple viewing are affected by weather. The actual viewing effect is subject to the conditions on the day. Once the tour is formed, it will not be cancelled due to flower or maple conditions;

(6) The group size must reach 7 people or more. If the tour cannot be formed, you will be notified three working days before departure and arrangement for rescheduling will be made;

(7) For groups of 10 or more, a fluent Mandarin/Cantonese‑speaking tour guide will accompany the tour, explaining in both Cantonese and Mandarin, with language arrangements subject to the day. For groups under 10, a driver‑cum‑tour leader will accompany, mainly responsible for itinerary arrangement and time management, and can provide Mandarin assistance;

(8) Venues may be repaired or closed due to conditions on the day, with the decision resting with the organiser. Guests may not claim compensation on this basis, and your understanding is appreciated;

(9) In the event of accidents caused by force majeure or bodily injury, damage or death caused by unpredictable factors, our staff and related personnel only assume the obligation of full rescue, and our company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for those who suffer damage or casualties;

(10) Outdoor activities involve risks. It is recommended to purchase personal travel and medical insurance according to your own needs;

(11) Leaving the tour midway will be regarded as an automatic abandonment of the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refund will be given. Your understanding is appreciated;

(12) Bus seats are one seat per person; advance seat assignment is not accepted. Depending on the registration situation on the day, the bus seats and restaurant seats used in the experience itinerary may be shared with fellow tour participants;

(13) For the safety of passengers' own travel and to protect the travel rights of other group members, if there are chronic illnesses, limited mobility or other conditions, please proactively inform us when registering;

(14) If you have vegetarian dietary requirements, please be sure to inform us in the remarks column when booking to facilitate arrangement. Those who fail to inform will not be able to have vegetarian meals arranged on‑site;

(15) Meal contents may be adjusted due to factors such as ingredients available at the restaurant on the day. If the originally designated establishment is temporarily closed or fully booked, the dining location will be changed to provide meals of equivalent value. Our company reserves the right to flexibly adjust meals. On the premise of ensuring a smooth itinerary, the order of visiting attractions may be adjusted accordingly. Your understanding and forgiveness are appreciated;

(16) Photos are for reference only. Ingredients and meal contents are subject to the actual provisions of the facility;

(17) Due to limited luggage storage space, if you intend to bring large luggage on board, please inform us in the remarks column and cooperate accordingly;

(18) In case of bad weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the departure of this tour will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time), and notifications will be sent via email from time to time thereafter;

(19) As this itinerary cannot be transferred to other schedules or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the day tour due to personal reasons, you must bear the corresponding losses yourself. Your understanding is appreciated;

(20) During the itinerary, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safe. If there is any loss, theft, damage, etc., please bear the responsibility yourself.
