Accommodation, park dining, shopping, parking, lockers, floating rings, helicopter sightseeing, electric boats, SPA, and other items not specified in the package inclusions. Please refer to on‑site price announcements for details.

(1)The hotel buffet dinner is valid for a single‑use on the day of visit. The water park ticket product is valid for 2 entries on the selected visit date. The hotel buffet dinner and water park tickets included in this package must be used on the same day. (2)By cooperating with the entry of facial information, visitors are deemed to have agreed that Senlinhai Water Park collects and stores the facial recognition information of the visitor. Once entered, the facial recognition information cannot be changed, and the ticket is strictly for the use of the person whose information was collected. The registered facial recognition information is only used for entry turnstile identification. (3)The hotel buffet dinner dining redemption location is located at the Western Restaurant on the right side of the hotel lobby (opposite the front desk). Guests must present the order QR code at the dining redemption point before dining at the restaurant, and staff on‑site will verify it and provide a paper voucher for admission. Guests are required to exchange for a voucher to enter and dine. (4)The product is only valid for use on the day of visit. The hotel buffet dinner dining time is 18:00‑20:30; please reserve sufficient time for dining. (5)Any excess will be charged at the park's or hotel's retail price.

(1)Each ticket‑purchasing adult can bring 1 child under 1.2 metres (exclusive) into the park free of charge. The specific free ticket policy is subject to actual conditions on the day of visit! (2)Each ticket‑purchasing adult is limited to bringing 1 child under 1.2 metres (exclusive) for free dining. Any excess will be charged according to the standard hotel buffet dinner retail price on that day.

(1)To ensure visitor safety, children under 1.5m, persons with disabilities, and seniors aged 65 or above entering the park must be accompanied throughout the entire journey by at least one ticket‑purchasing adult. Play restrictions: The Leshui No. 1 project is suitable for ages 3‑65 years old with a height $\ge$ 1 metre; for ages 3‑6 years old, or height between 1 metre and 1.2 metres, children or seniors must be accompanied by an adult to play. (2)The park is equipped with different children's changing rooms; please do not bring boys into the women's changing room or girls into the men's changing room. Photography and video recording are prohibited inside the changing rooms. (3)To ensure water quality hygiene, swimming costumes must be worn to enter all water projects in the park, and swimming caps are required for indoor pools. Visitors may bring their own swimming costumes, swimming trunks, swimming caps, towels, slippers, bath towels, and toiletries, or purchase them at their own expense on‑site. (4)Tickets are non‑transferable and non‑replaceable if lost; please keep them safe. If visitors are unable to enter the park normally due to the leakage or loss of the ticket collection code or damage to the paper ticket, new tickets must be purchased for entry. (5)Visitors voluntarily cooperate with the entry of facial information, which shall be deemed as having fully understood and agreed that the resort collects and uses facial recognition information in accordance with these terms. Once entered, the facial recognition information is bound to the ticket/card product, cannot be changed, and cannot be lent to others for use; the registered facial recognition information is only used for resort entry identification and will not be used for other purposes. After the corresponding ticket/card product has been used or expired, the system will automatically delete and destroy the facial information within the prescribed time limit. (6)Anyone suffering from hypertension, heart disease, tinea, skin diseases, epilepsy, hepatitis, severe trachoma, acute conjunctivitis, otitis media, mental illness, intestinal infectious diseases, asthma, fractures or a history of joint dislocation, alcoholism, allergy‑prone individuals, drinkers, pregnant women, or individuals medically identified as unsuitable for strenuous exercise, for your safety and that of others, please do not enter. (7)Amusement projects in the park have height, weight, age, and accompaniment restrictions; please choose carefully according to your own condition. Those with a height over 190cm and a weight over 90kg are restricted from participating in most projects, subject to on‑site announcements. (8)Due to park capacity, severe weather, special events, safety, or order reasons, operating hours or the opening status of any project may be adjusted accordingly; please refer to the actual announcements on the day of visit. (9)To ensure your safety, if any abnormalities or faults occur during the operation of the park's facilities and equipment, they must be shut down for inspection, and some facilities and equipment may be suspended or closed without prior notice; in the event of the above circumstances, ticket extensions or refunds will not be implemented. (10)Please keep your personal belongings safe. To ensure the safety of your belongings, it is recommended to use the dedicated storage services within the park. (11)Before participating in amusement projects, please store personal items such as mobile phones, watches, glasses, jewelry, and hairpins in advance to avoid dropping or injuring others. (12)Without the permission of the park, any commercial photography, live streaming, and other behaviors are prohibited, and violators will be held legally liable.

In accordance with Article 22 of the Regulations on the Administration of Entertainment Venues and Article 7 of the Regulations on the Safety Administration of Large‑Scale Mass Activities, this park lawfully conducts security checks on entering personnel and carried items to ensure public safety; anyone who refuses to accept security checks has the right to be denied entry. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. For your safety and experience as well as that of other visitors, the following items are strictly prohibited from being brought into the park: (1)Safety contraband: Knives, flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, and other dangerous goods, as well as state‑controlled weapons. (2)Food: Instant noodles, self‑heating food, meals requiring secondary heating, alcoholic beverages, glass/fragile bottled beverages, various vegetables, fruits, and food requiring refrigeration (excluding baby food, drinking water, and essential medicines for visitors). (3)Large items: Suitcases or luggage bags with dimensions exceeding 56cm x 36cm x 23cm (cannot fit in the park's storage lockers); inflatable water play equipment with a diameter greater than 50cm such as swimming rings, floating rows, and surfboards, and landing nets and buckets with a diameter exceeding 30cm are prohibited from entering. (4)Scooters, balance bikes, roller skates, camping wagons, various power units, and any other wheeled transport tools (excluding baby strollers and wheelchairs). (5)Drones, large professional photography tripods, banners, and flags. (6)All kinds of pets (excluding certified guide dogs, service dogs, and other service animals).
