The ski area features 5 slopes of varying difficulty: a snowboard practice slope and a ski practice slope for complete beginners, an intermediate slope, and 2 advanced slopes. Among these, the rare indoor design of two intersecting slopes allows intermediate and advanced skiers to enjoy the thrill of varied slope transitions. Additionally, the intermediate slope and the ski practice slope combine through a mid‑section buffer zone to form an extra‑long indoor alpine ski run stretching 460 metres.

Ski Area

With a total vertical drop of 66 metres, the ski area features five slopes of varying difficulty, with gradients ranging from 7.6° to 21° and an average width of 35 metres. The snow cover is maintained at a consistent depth of 50 cm all year round. Uphill facilities include 1 double chairlift and 5 magic carpets.

★ Snowboard Practice Slope

This slope is wide at approximately 35 metres wide and 70 metres long, with a gradient of about 10°. It is slightly steeper than typical snowboard practice slopes, so beginners with no prior experience should first practise strapping in on the flat area, master the basic stance and stopping techniques, and then make a bold attempt from the top to unlock new moves.

★ Little Bear Slope

Little Bear Slope is wide and open, approximately 50 metres wide and 70 metres long with a gradient of about 8°. The overall riding speed is relatively slow, making it ideal for beginners with zero experience. Children can boldly try and practise here.

★ Snow Rabbit Slope

Snow Rabbit Slope is approximately 35 metres wide and 300 metres long with a gradient of about 10°. As the slope with the highest skier density and the most popular slope in the resort, it suits skiers who have already mastered the basic skiing stance, falling and stopping techniques. Meanwhile, as the gradient and width of this slope are particularly well‑suited for snowboard/ski enthusiasts to practise ground tricks, it is affectionately known as the "Freestyle Flatland Avenue".

★ Reindeer Slope

Reindeer Slope is approximately 35 metres wide and 230 metres long, with an average gradient of about 14.8°. It is suitable for skiers at upper‑beginner to intermediate level. The upper section of the slope has a gradient of about 18°, testing your stability and courage in basic skiing movements on intermediate‑to‑advanced gradients, while the lower section has a gradient of about 10‑12°, where you can fully enjoy the fun of carving. In addition, we have also groomed a mogul run and a wave run on the lower section, giving you an extraordinary experience of different terrains.

★ Tiger Slope

Tiger Slope is approximately 35 metres wide and 220 metres long, with an average gradient of about 16.8°. Since the "XX" ski terrain park is built on this slope, it attracts the most skilled skiers in the resort. While riding the chairlift, you will often see riders practising tricks on rails and jumps. Of course, this slope also satisfies the needs of those who enjoy turning and hard carving.

Snow Play Area

★ Snow Flying Saucer

Hop onto a flying‑saucer‑shaped inflatable snow tube and zoom down from the top of the snow mountain. Feel the refreshing snow breeze on your face as you glide to the bottom in the blink of an eye, savouring the thrilling speed and excitement of the snow.

Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder Ticket Booking Tips

1. How do I choose a ticket?

Hot Snow Wonder is divided into a snow play area and a ski area, with separate tickets for each zone. The snow play ticket includes ice amusement rides such as Ice Bumper Cars, Ice Bicycles and Tulip Slide. The ski ticket allows you to ski and is available in 3‑hour, 4‑hour or unlimited‑time options. Please refer to the product description for specific slope access rights. Beginners are advised to choose the 3‑hour beginner‑intermediate ski option. If you wish to experience both skiing and snow play, you can choose the 4‑hour (Ski + Snow Play) combo pass.

2. How do I purchase tickets for adults and children?

Tickets at Hot Snow Wonder are priced the same for adults and children, with no concessionary or free tickets. Snow suits at the resort range from a minimum size of 70 cm to a maximum of 200 cm.

3. Are equipment and gear included in the ticket?

Tickets at Hot Snow Wonder include equipment. The snow play ticket includes snow suit/snow boots/locker, while the ski ticket includes ski suit/ski boots/snowboard or skis/helmet/locker. Snowboards are available in two types: snowboard (single board) and skis (double boards). You may choose one of the two upon entry, and no changes are allowed thereafter.

4. Do I need to bring my ID card to enter?

Hot Snow Wonder operates a real‑name booking and entry system. Visitors must bring a valid personal identification document (including ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Hong Kong/Macau ID card, etc.) and present it along with the snow card for entry.

1. With your snow card, you may choose to collect either snowboard or ski equipment. Once collected, exchanges are not supported.

2. Please be sure to bring the visitor's valid identification document on the day of your visit. If the identification document presented on the day of visit does not match the identification information used at the time of ticket purchase, your ticket will be deemed automatically forfeited. You will not be able to enter the ski resort, and the ticket will not be refunded or changed.

3. Please take care to keep your ticket collection code secure and do not disclose it to others. If the collection code is disclosed or lost, you will not be able to enter the ski resort as normal and will need to purchase a new ticket. After collecting your snow card, please keep it safe. If visitors are unable to enter the resort or enjoy their visit due to loss or damage of the snow card, a new ticket must be purchased. Please keep your ticket with you at all times during your visit and present it upon request by staff.

4. Certain experiences may have requirements on visitor height, weight, age and accompaniment. The ride restrictions are as follows, and the specific details shall be subject to the official notice at the ski resort.

(1) Adventure Trail: Guests must be over 1.4 metres tall and weigh less than 100 kg. Visitors with acrophobia (fear of heights) are not permitted.

(2) Snow Flying Saucer: Guests must weigh less than 90 kg. Minors under 1.2 metres tall must be accompanied by an adult.

(3) Ice Bumper Cars: Minors under 1 metre tall must be accompanied by an adult.

(4) Ice Bicycles: Guests must be over 1 metre tall.

(5) Flower Sea Snow Tube: Guests must be over 1.2 metres tall and weigh less than 110 kg. Visitors aged over 50 or those suffering from heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, a history of lumbar spine fractures, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or any condition that a doctor has advised against vigorous physical activity, are not permitted.

(6) Ice Slide: Guests must be over 1.2 metres tall. Visitors aged over 50 or those suffering from heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, a history of lumbar or rib fractures, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or any condition that a doctor has advised against vigorous physical activity, are not permitted.

Note: Guests under 1 metre are not permitted to use the Ice Slide. Children under 1.2 metres must be accompanied by an adult.

Friendly reminder: The largest snow suit can fit an adult weighing up to 110 kg and measuring 195 cm in height. The smallest ski boots are size 23, suitable for children around 3 years old. The smallest snow shoes are size 26, and they tend to run large. The largest shoe size is 48.

Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder Safety & Security Notice

1. When participating in snow and ice activities, please act within your physical limits and follow the instructions of the staff to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Minors should participate in activities under the supervision of an adult with full capacity for civil conduct. Elderly people and pregnant women are advised not to take part in strenuous snow and ice sports.

2. Some snow play activities within the venue are not suitable for visitors suffering from heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, acrophobia (fear of heights), cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or any condition that a doctor has advised against vigorous physical activity. Please carefully choose activities based on your actual physical condition.

3. For the safety of your person and property as well as that of others, please carefully read and comply with all safety notices, venue rules and amusement facility usage guidelines posted within the ski resort, including the "Entry Notice" and "Snow Play Activity Guidelines" before your visit. Please pay close attention to the notices, riding posture requirements, safety warning signs and broadcast announcements posted at each snow play attraction. If you have any questions, please consult the on‑site staff. Please use all amusement equipment and facilities properly and follow the instructions of the on‑site staff.

4. Please stay alert and be safe at all times during your visit (be mindful of others, do not run on the ice, avoid slipping, etc.). Do not linger in the stopping zones or buffer zones of snow play attractions.

5. If you experience any discomfort, personal injury, property damage or any other situation during your visit, please seek assistance from the on‑site staff immediately.

6. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please refrain from the following actions:

(1) Enjoying activities beyond the scope of rights agreed in the product (including areas, attractions, etc.); conducting ski lessons/ski technique coaching, commercial photography, live streaming, personal selling, or obtaining/purchasing goods or services for the purpose of resale, or any other improper use without prior registration or permission from the ski resort;

(2) Allowing others to use your product rights through transfer, resale or lending;

(3) Engaging in any dangerous, illegal or aggressive behaviour;

(4) Engaging in behaviour that seriously disrupts the normal operation of the ski resort or seriously endangers the personal safety and property of others;

(5) Any other improper behaviour.

In the event of any of the above situations, the ski resort has the right to take any or all of the following measures at any time without bearing liability for compensation or other breach of contract:

(1) Adding you to the visitor blacklist, including the Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder blacklist (you will no longer be able to enter Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonder), the Hot Snow Wonder brand blacklist (you will no longer be able to enter any Hot Snow Wonder ski resort or other affiliated ski resorts), and the industry alliance blacklist;

(2) Revoking, voiding or freezing your products and rights. No extension, postponement or refund will be provided for any unused remaining period/fees;

(3) Charging a penalty of 30% of the order amount. If the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses, further compensation will be pursued.

7. Smoking is prohibited within the ski resort (including tobacco products, e‑cigarettes or any other products that produce smoke). To maintain a pleasant environment, please do not smoke inside the ski resort. Otherwise, you will be added to the visitor blacklist and will be prohibited from entering the resort for 15 days.

8. Personal selling by visitors is prohibited within the ski resort. Please do not bring excessive quantities of items into the ski resort. Loose and cooked foods are prone to spoilage and may cause food safety issues. Visitors are advised to consume such food before entering the ski resort.

9. To ensure the safety of you and other visitors, please cooperate with security checks. Do not bring flammable, explosive or other dangerous goods, or state‑controlled devices. All outside food, beverages, drinking water — including but not limited to the above items (except infant food) — as well as any other items deemed by staff to pose safety hazards, are not permitted into the ski resort.

10. For your safety, all facilities and equipment within the ski resort must be shut down for inspection if any abnormality or malfunction occurs during operation. Some facilities may be temporarily suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, ticket extensions or refunds will not be granted.

11. For reasons of capacity, adverse weather, special events, safety, or order, the operating hours of the ski resort or the availability of any attractions within the resort may be adjusted. Please refer to the actual on‑site notice on the day of your visit.
