(1) The water facility at the Goyang branch is named "Rooftop Pool", which differs from the Water Park at other branches. The Rooftop Pool is primarily a standard pool format; there are no lazy rivers, water slides, or other water park facilities on site;

(2) Please activate your shoe locker within 20 minutes of entry, otherwise the locker will automatically lock;

(3) Re‑entry is not permitted after leaving the premises. Upon departure, please be sure to return the key to the counter and settle any additional expenses incurred inside;

(4) The key has a payment function. If lost inside, please notify the on‑site staff immediately. Additionally, since the shoe locker requires the key to be opened, please take extra care;

(5) To ensure visitors enjoy a comfortable environment, entry may be restricted when the venue is overcrowded. Thank you for your understanding;

(6) The ticket is restricted to use at the Hanam, Goyang, and Anseong branches and cannot be used at other branches. Entry will be denied at other branches, and travelers may not request cancellations, modifications, or refunds on this basis;

(8) The sauna area inside is divided into male and female sections. Only children under 5 years old (under 60 months) are permitted to bathe with their parents of the opposite sex, and a document proving their age must be provided;

(10) To ensure all facilities can be used, it is recommended to enter the jjimjilbang before 21:00;

(11) Swimwear must be worn to enter the water park;

(12) Mobile phones are not permitted in the locker and sauna areas, and taking photos, video recording, and video calling are strictly prohibited;

(13) After changing, please take a shower before entering the sauna (bathhouse), and wearing swimwear in the bath is strictly prohibited;
