(2) All passengers must first go to the Guishan Island boarding counter to fill out the boarding registration form and present their identity document to exchange for a physical ticket. E‑tickets are not accepted for identity verification;

(3) The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain show operates only from April to October each year. Actual operations may be adjusted depending on weather conditions or decisions by the Seoul Metropolitan Government;

(4) Electric wheelchairs and electric strollers are prohibited on board. Foldable wheelchairs and strollers are permitted once folded;

(5) Surrounding roads and car parks are extremely congested during weekends and the April Spring Flower Festival, requiring significant parking time. Public transport is recommended. Cancellations or amendments are not accepted if you are unable to board due to traffic or parking difficulties;

(6) Please carefully check your booking date and option, and read all usage notes thoroughly, including Yeouido Dock entry methods, identity document requirements, rules of use, and cancellation policies;

(7) Cruise ships operate as usual except on announced public holidays, even during rain or snow;

(8) Operations will be suspended if notified by the Hangang Project Headquarters (e.g., heavy rain or cold wave alerts, or if the discharge rate of Paldang Dam exceeds 3,000 tonnes per second). Separate notifications will be issued in such cases;

(2) The operator reserves the right to deny participation to intoxicated guests without refund;
