(1) The timing for Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland starts when you tap your card at the entrance gate and ends when you exit the gate. If the time used is less than the ticket type time, no refund or supplement will be given; if it exceeds the ticket type time, it will be considered overtime, and overtime charges must be paid according to the prices posted at the ticket office. (Overtime fee reference: Off‑peak season: RMB40/30 minutes; Shoulder season: RMB50/30 minutes; Peak season: RMB60/30 minutes. No fee is required for overtime within 30 minutes; beyond 30 minutes, overtime fees are charged per half hour, with less than half an hour counted as half an hour.) (2) Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland provides snow suits, snow boots, lockers (including wristbands), helmets and snow cards free of charge without deposit. If damaged or lost, compensation shall be made according to the prices posted at the snow park. (3) After entering the snow park, please keep the snow card with you at all times. Equipment must be collected and returned with the snow card, and the snow card must be returned when exiting the snow park.

(1) Regular opening hours are for reference only: Off‑peak season: 10:30~20:30; Shoulder season: 10:00~21:30; Peak season: 09:30~22:00 (2) Definition of off‑peak/shoulder/peak seasons for Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland: Off‑peak season: dates other than shoulder and peak seasons; Shoulder season: Saturdays and Sundays; 10 days (inclusive) before and 7 days (inclusive) after the Spring Festival holiday; Mondays to Fridays in July‑August; Christmas week 19‑27 December; Peak season: statutory holidays; Saturdays and Sundays in July‑August. (3) Actual opening hours can be checked on the "Hot Snow Wonderland" mini‑programme; the on‑site notice shall prevail.

(1) On the day of visit, please be sure to bring the visitor's valid identification document. After collecting the snow card, if the document presented on the day of visit is inconsistent with the document information used for ticket purchase, it will be deemed as voluntarily giving up the right to use the ticket, and entry to the snow park will not be permitted with no refund or change of ticket. (2) Please take care of the ticket collection code and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the ticket collection code may result in inability to enter the snow park normally, and a new ticket must be purchased. After collecting the snow card, please keep it properly. If visitors are unable to enter the snow park or enjoy the activities normally due to loss or soiling of the card, a new ticket must be purchased. During the visit, please keep the snow card at all times and present it upon inspection by staff. (3) Snow play tickets are limited to the snow play area only. Please do not bring ski equipment; once discovered, staff have the right to refuse ski equipment being brought into the snow park. Please do not wear ski boots into the snow play area. (4) Ski tickets allow visitors to choose either snowboard or ski equipment with the snow card.

The experience of the attractions has requirements for visitors' height, weight, age, accompanying persons, etc. Please choose suitable attractions to play; minors should participate in the experience accompanied by adults; the play restrictions are as follows, and if there are any changes, the specific content shall be subject to the notice posted at the snow park. (1) Adventure Trail: limited to visitors with a height of 1.4m or above and weight below 100KG; visitors with acrophobia should not play; (2) Ice Bumper Cars: minors under 1m in height must be accompanied by an adult; (3) Ice Bicycles: limited to visitors with a height of 1m or above; (4) Flower Sea Snow Tube: limited to visitors with a height of 1.2m or above and weight below 110KG; visitors aged over 50 or those suffering from heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, history of lumbar fracture, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or diseases deemed unsuitable for strenuous exercise by doctors should not play; (5) Rose Glacier Slide: limited to visitors with a height of 1.2m or above; visitors aged over 50 or those suffering from heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, asthma, history of lumbar or rib fracture, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or diseases deemed unsuitable for strenuous exercise by doctors should not play; (6) Dreamy Snowfall Area: no restrictions on age, height or weight.

(1) Skiing is a high‑risk sport, and some attractions in the venue are thrilling and exciting. If you suffer from heart disease, hypertension, acrophobia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, diseases deemed unsuitable for strenuous exercise by doctors, or if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, or behaviourally affected by medication, please carefully choose whether to participate based on your actual physical condition. (2) Minors should be accompanied by adults when playing; it is not recommended for the elderly to participate in thrilling ice and snow attractions. (3) Please use the on‑site amusement facilities properly and follow the arrangements of on‑site staff. Always pay attention to safety during play (mindful of avoiding others, do not run on the ice, avoid slipping, etc.), and do not linger in the stopping areas or buffer zones of the attractions. (4) To avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following improper behaviours: playing beyond the scope of product rights (including areas, attractions, etc.), unauthorised commercial activities, reselling or transferring product rights, dangerous or illegal acts, etc. In such cases, the snow park has the right to place you on the visitor blacklist, void your product rights without refund, charge a penalty of 30% of the order amount, and continue to claim compensation if the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses. (5) Smoking is prohibited inside the snow park (including tobacco products, e‑cigarettes or other products that generate smoke); violators will be placed on the visitor blacklist and banned from entering the park for 15 days. (6) Before entry, please cooperate with security checks. Do not bring flammable, explosive or dangerous items, controlled instruments, items posing safety hazards, or excessive quantities of items. Outside food and beverages (except baby/infant food) must be consumed before entry. Individual selling by visitors is prohibited. (7) If the snow park facilities malfunction abnormally, they may be suspended or closed without prior warning; in such cases, tickets will not be extended or refunded. (8) Due to capacity, weather, events and other reasons, the operating hours and attraction availability of the snow park may be adjusted; please refer to the actual announcement on the day of visit. (9) If you feel unwell or encounter an emergency during play, please contact on‑site staff for assistance promptly. (10) Entry is deemed as acceptance of all the rules and notices; injuries caused by one's own actions shall be borne by oneself. (11) The "snow park" referred to in this product means the Guangzhou Hot Snow Wonderland indoor ski park operated by Guangzhou Rongxuan Culture Tourism Management Co., Ltd.

This product supports refund applications 1 day or more before the travel date, and no handling fee is charged for refunds. If the ticket is not collected on the travel date, a handling fee of 20% of the payment amount will be charged for the refund. All tickets are non‑refundable once collected, used or expired; partial refunds of an order are not accepted.
