Q: Can I still enter the park and ride major attractions if I arrive half an hour late? Can I get a refund or reschedule if I am late? 

A: Ticket checking for large rides will stop if you arrive less than 30 minutes before closing time. Orders are only valid on the specified day and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Q: Will the park close on rainy or typhoon days? 

A: Normal operation continues in light rain. In the event of heavy rain or extreme typhoon weather, the roller coaster and the outdoor CF battle area will be temporarily closed. No refunds, rescheduling, or compensation will be provided for such packages.

Q: Are there lockers in the park? Can I bring a pram? 

A: Paid lockers are available at the entrances of all four amusement parks. The entire park has barrier‑free access, and both prams and wheelchairs can be accommodated.

Q: Can the four amusement parks be ticketed separately? Are there discounted group packages? 

A: Yes, individual tickets for each park are available. 2‑person, 3‑person, and 4‑person group packages offer better value. All‑access packages are recommended for families and team‑building groups.

Q: Which rides can children shorter than 1.2 metres not go on?
