Exhibition Highlights
An epic, time‑travel immersive adventure, landing in Taipei for the first time in 2026!
Under the Cairo sunset, a journey into ancient Egypt is about to unfold...
Through VR technology, “The Vanished Pharaoh” leads audiences to follow guide Mona into the Great Pyramid of Giza — the only one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World still intact today.
During the immersive experience, you will traverse the ancient entrance and the Grand Gallery of the pyramid, venturing deep into spaces inaccessible to ordinary tourists, such as the Queen's Chamber. Along the way, the mysterious cat goddess Bastet makes a surprise appearance, sharing the history and legends of ancient Egypt, and leading everyone to the pyramid's summit for a panoramic view of modern Cairo and the Giza Plateau. Afterwards, you will board the solar boat and sail along the Nile, travelling through time to the Valley Temple to witness the funeral ceremony of Pharaoh Khufu.
“The Vanished Pharaoh” is an immersive experience combining knowledge, storytelling, and visual spectacle, allowing audiences to truly feel the ancient Egyptians' understanding and practice of faith, and to discover ancient Egyptian civilisation in a whole new way.
