The waves are smaller on inland rivers. Those who are prone to seasickness should take seasickness medication 2 hours in advance on their own.

When the Central Weather Bureau issues a sea typhoon warning, the trip will be automatically cancelled with a full refund.

If the voyage is altered or terminated due to deteriorating sea conditions after departure, no refund will be given.

Insurance is included in the activity. Participants must follow the instructor's instructions; violation of instructions and refusal to heed warnings will result in the instructor having the right to terminate the activity without a refund.

Taiwanese passengers must bring their National ID card, and foreign passengers must bring their passport for marine activity inspection.

The yacht has an indoor shelter from rain; the activity will proceed as scheduled in rain. Requests for postponement or cancellation due to rain on the activity day will not be accepted. If postponement is needed, please notify in advance.

If the activity is cancelled due to extreme weather or force majeure, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Please arrive on time. Being late by more than 10 minutes will be considered a no‑show, and no refund will be given.

Meeting point: Yacht Club (Rear Building, No. 170‑1, Section 1, Longmi Road, Bali District, New Taipei City).

Private itineraries such as singing, birthday celebrations, gatherings, and water play can be arranged on the yacht. Please prepare your own equipment and food ingredients.

Setting off firecrackers or using other dangerous items is prohibited. The instructor has the right to stop any violation.

Equipped with a simple toilet for basic washing.

The cabin has a small refrigerator for storing food or catch. Feel free to use it.

Receiving the activity voucher does not guarantee participation eligibility. The activity may be cancelled due to weather, failure to meet the minimum group size, or force majeure.

Within 24 hours of placing the order, you must add the official LINE account of Kingsmen Activity (ID: @ksadmg) and leave your order number and booking name.

Activity changes will be notified instantly via the official LINE. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete experiences caused by failure to contact.
