Important Notice

Entry Eligibility and Documents

The lounge is located within the departure restricted area. All travellers must have completed check‑in and hold a valid boarding pass, and must pass through security and immigration inspection before entry.

On the day of use, please present the electronic voucher (including QR Code) on your mobile phone for verification upon entry, along with a valid passport and boarding pass.

Travellers under the same booking must enter simultaneously; entry in batches is not permitted.

Valid only on the date of use and for the lounge selected at the time of booking; each voucher can only be used once and does not permit re‑entry.

Airline counters open at least 2 hours before scheduled departure time. Please check the airline's arrangements at the airport before choosing a duration package, and allow sufficient time to pass through security into the restricted area.

On‑site Rules and Restrictions

Infant and child policy: Infants under 2 years old travelling with a paying adult may enter free of charge; children aged 3 and above are charged the same as adults.

Crowd control: If the lounge is busy, users may have to queue, and entry may be restricted. Please wait patiently in such cases (refunds cannot be requested on this basis).

Shower facilities: 30 minutes per person per session, basic toiletries provided; please register with staff; shower rooms are temporarily closed during late‑night hours (23:00‑05:00).

Overtime fee: If you extend your stay, a surcharge of TWD 200 per hour applies and must be paid on‑site.

Private rooms: Private rooms require payment and registration at the front desk; this 3‑hour pass does not include private room charges.

No storage: The lounge does not provide luggage or food storage services, nor does it offer takeaway packaging for meals.

Outside food prohibited: Please do not bring outside food into the lounge.
