Product Overview

Door‑to‑door pick‑up from a designated address in Taipei City centre, with a dedicated car taking you directly to Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 1 / Terminal 2. En route, we make a brief stop at the North Side Observation Deck of Terminal 2 for around 12 minutes (0.2 hours), letting plane enthusiasts and families catch a glimpse of the north runway's taxiing and take‑offs before heading through the gates.

The actual road distance from Taipei City centre to Taoyuan Airport is approximately 40–46 km, with a normal drive time of about 50–70 minutes. We recommend arranging pick‑up 3 hours before flight departure; for outlying areas such as mountain areas, Neihu, Nangang and Beitou, please allow an extra 10–15 minutes; during long holidays / Chinese New Year / summer peak periods, allow an additional 30 minutes.

Service hours: 07:00–21:59; for late‑night 21:59–06:59, a surcharge is payable in cash to the driver

Friendly Reminders

For mountain area addresses (Yangmingshan, Zhuzihu, Wulai, Ruifang, Jiufen, Maokong, Xingyi Road, etc.), please proactively note this when placing your order; otherwise, the driver will charge at the urban rate and you will need to pay the difference on site if the destination cannot be reached.

Child safety seats are recommended by regulation for children under 4 years old; please note this in your booking and pay TWD 200 on site.

The observation deck stop is only valid during daytime hours of 06:30–22:30; red‑eye flights skip the stop and go directly to the airport.

If your flight is temporarily brought forward or delayed, please contact our service staff as soon as possible before departure to reschedule; rescheduling is treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

The driver will track your flight status and adjust the departure time; the actual pick‑up time will be confirmed via contact at 19:00 the day before departure.

Holiday definition: as announced by the hotel / supplier, including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and eves thereof (including consecutive holidays and their eves).
