Vancouver City Centre Crime Puzzle Game

Select a date, number of participants, enter the name of one participant, and you can place the order. Once payment is successful, simply wait for the e‑ticket;

English‑speaking staff, 2‑hour mystery game experience, detective toolkit (including city map, artefacts, tools and clues);

Transportation fees, meals and beverages, other personal expenses, gratuities;

(2)Children aged 0‑12 must be accompanied by a paying adult;

(3)Children aged 13 and above are charged the same rate as adults;

(1)Bus: Take bus 003 or 008 to WB W Hastings St @ Richards St stop, then walk 2 minutes to arrive;

(2)Train: Take the WCE line to Waterfront Station, walk 3 minutes to arrive;

(3)Metro: Take the Canada Line or Expo Line to Waterfront Station, walk 3 minutes to arrive;

(4)Parking is available beside Waterfront Station, inside Waterfront Station, or at Lot‑19 Park;

(1)This experience is recommended for ages 13 and above, as the puzzle difficulty, reading level and theme content are more advanced;

(2)The start and end points of the game are both in downtown Vancouver, just a short walk from the meeting point;

(3)This game covers approximately 2 kilometres of downtown Vancouver;

(4)Larger groups can register as teams, with a maximum of 6 players per team, and select the same time slot;

(5)Service animals with valid documentation are permitted;

(6)Photography is allowed, but please do not reveal any content about the mystery game (including clues, answers, or any information that would spoil the experience for future players);

(7)The secret starting location is easily accessible on foot from the meeting point; the supplier will provide the exact starting location via email before your scheduled activity begins;

(8)Please dress appropriately for the weather. This tour operates rain or shine. Please be mindful of surrounding traffic, including bicycles and bike lanes, and take good care of your personal belongings;

(9)It is recommended that you use the restroom before the experience begins, as restroom facilities may not be available at the activity location;

(10)Shortening the game time is not permitted, as this may affect the experience and result in missing clues;

(11)All game equipment must be returned in good condition within the time limit. Late returns will incur a fee (CAD 70 per set). Lost, incomplete or damaged equipment will incur a fee (CAD 300 per set for outdoor equipment; CAD 2,000 for full indoor equipment replacement);
