(1)Booking method: select date, number of participants, and emergency contact to place an order and make payment;

(2)Inclusions: English‑speaking guide, round‑trip transfer from meeting point, life jacket, and warm waterproof cruising suit available in colder weather;

(3)Exclusions: hotel pick‑up and drop‑off, meals and beverages, other personal expenses, tips, and locker rental;

(1)Children aged 0‑19 must be accompanied by a paying adult;

(2)Minimum height requirement for this activity is 121 cm (4 feet);

(3)This activity has no age limit;

(4)A minimum of 4 participants is required for this activity. If the minimum number is not met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund;

(5)Each boat can accommodate up to 12 participants, and up to 4 boats can operate simultaneously;

(1)Those prone to motion sickness are strongly advised to take motion sickness medication 1 hour before the activity;

(2)There are no toilets on the boat, but facilities are available before and after the tour;

(3)Participants must be aged 19 or above to sign the waiver. Anyone aged 19 or younger must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf;

(4)This activity is not suitable for: persons with other major illnesses / pregnant women / the activity is not suitable for bringing strollers or wheelchairs;

(5)Recommended to bring: sunscreen / sunglasses / water bottle;
