10:00‑17:00, last entry at 16:30. Closed on Mondays and may be closed on public holidays.
(1) Children aged 0‑5 enter free of charge and must be accompanied by a paying adult.
(2) Student tickets require a valid student ID to be presented upon arrival.
(1) By bus: Take bus 002 or N22 to the Westbound Cornwall Ave @ Cypress St stop, then walk for approximately 11 minutes to reach your destination.
(2) By car: Turn onto Cornwall Avenue from Burrard Street. If coming from the bridge, turn right; otherwise, turn left. Then turn right at the first intersection onto Chestnut Street, and continue straight into the parking lot, where the road curves to the left.
(3) By ferry: Take the False Creek Ferry line to the Maritime Museum dock, then walk for approximately 3 minutes to reach your destination.
(1) Backpacks are not permitted inside the gallery.
(2) The venue does not provide cloakroom or storage services; visitors must carry their own backpacks.
(3) The venue is equipped with accessible facilities.
(4) Sensory toolkits are available free of charge — please enquire at the front desk.
(5) Sensory toolkits may include noise‑cancelling headphones, fidget spinners, sensory comfort items, and visual aids.
(6) A low‑sensory room is available on site, offering a tranquil space for visitors who need to rest, reset, or relax.

Cancellation of the order is allowed and a full refund will be granted at the latest 48 hours (local time) before the activity date;
No refund or modification is permitted less than 48 hours before the activity.
