Tour Introduction
Still looking for the most atmospheric summer festival in Kansai? Advance tickets for the Osaka Suita City Wanpaku Summer Festival 2026 are now officially on sale at Hopetrip! Set in the nostalgic Expo Memorial Park, with the Tower of the Sun as a stunning backdrop, this dreamy summer night festival is perfect for families, girlfriends and couples alike — experience authentic Japanese summer vibes ✨

As evening falls, the entire park lights up with brilliant illuminations, and the Tower of the Sun dazzles the night sky with its spectacular light show — step in and you'll be transported to a magical summer wonderland. Lively food stalls line the park, serving up all kinds of classic festival snacks, while the beer garden opens simultaneously — enjoy a drink in the evening breeze and soak up the unique laid‑back atmosphere of a Japanese summer.

There's a rich variety of things to do on site — the traditional Bon dance offers an immersive experience of Japanese festival culture, while the game zone lets you try classic booth games like goldfish scooping. Both adults and kids will have a great time. As night falls, Japanese music DJs take to the stage one after another, igniting the atmosphere with dynamic beats — a double treat combining traditional festivals and modern music in one go.

The event spans multiple weekends from July to September, with entry from 17:00 and fun until 22:00 — plenty of time to explore at your own pace and fully enjoy the charm of a summer night. Advance tickets cost only 450 yen for adults, and children of primary school age and below enter free. With such affordable ticket prices, it's easy to slot into your Osaka travel itinerary. The event continues as usual on rainy days, so you don't need to worry about a little shower spoiling the fun — it will only be cancelled in extreme adverse weather conditions.

When you're in Osaka, don't miss the largest summer festival in Kansai! Escape the hustle and bustle of the city, and under the lights of the Tower of the Sun, enjoy street food, play games, listen to music, and create unforgettable Japanese summer memories of your own 🌃
