Osaka/Kyoto Luggage Delivery Service (To/From Osaka Airport/City Area)

Please present the e‑voucher

(1) Each piece of luggage must not exceed 32 kg (71 lbs);

(2) The total length + width of each luggage must not exceed 180 cm (maximum 32 inches per side);

(3) We accept suitcases, cardboard boxes, backpacks, strollers, and briefcases;

(4) Please ensure the number of luggage booked matches the actual number of luggage. Extra luggage may be refused, and any loss shall be borne by the passenger;

(5) If luggage exceeds the limit at check‑in, it may be refused for check‑in or an additional handling fee may be charged. Overweight/oversized luggage costs USD 15 per piece;

(1) Please carry your passport, flight documents, and other personal valuables with you;

(2) If you have booked a hotel luggage sending service, the hotel front desk drop‑off time may not be the driver's pick‑up time. You can take photos of the luggage and receipt before leaving the hotel;

(3) If the luggage does not comply with legal regulations, even if the order is successfully placed, the supplier will still refuse to provide the luggage delivery service. You shall bear all losses, legal liabilities, and related consequences;

(4) Please check and confirm the luggage at the time of pick‑up. If there are any issues, please take photos on the spot and report to customer service. Once the luggage is confirmed, the service is deemed completed, and the supplier is not liable for any subsequent responsibilities;

(5) Luggage insurance covers costs arising from delays, loss, or damage, but does not cover damage to luggage handles/wheels, accommodation or airfare expenses;

(6) Please present a passport or photo ID to collect your luggage;
