(1) Please bring your actual passport. Photocopies, passport cards or e‑passports are not accepted. Alien Registration Cards or Military ID cards are acceptable. If you do not have a valid ID, please inform us in advance;

(2) The DMZ Special Tour operates only on Mondays, public holidays, or when the Third Tunnel and Dora Observatory are closed due to military or weather reasons;

(3) The itinerary on the tour day may be adjusted according to local conditions. The Signature Tour or Special Tour may be replaced with available alternatives without prior notice;

(4) The DMZ Demilitarized Zone Special Tour does not operate on the first Monday of March, June, September and December (regular safety inspection days);

(5) On Mondays and public holidays, visits to the North Korea Experience Hall will be replaced by a Q&A session with the guide, instead of North Korean defectors;

(6) If the suspension bridge and Gloucestershire Memorial Park cannot be accessed on the tour day due to military operations or weather conditions, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit the DMZ Peace Cable Car, Odusan Unification Observatory or the War Memorial of Korea;

(7) Pick‑up times may vary depending on the season, day of the week, special events or military conditions. The tour departs from three designated meeting points. Please note that the itinerary may be subject to change and will be arranged flexibly;

(8) Pick‑up times: Peak season (early March to early June, late August to early January) is 06:20‑06:50; Low season (mid‑June to mid‑August, mid‑January to late February), Mondays and public holidays is 07:20‑07:50;

(1) This activity is not suitable for participants with hypertension, heart disease, or other major medical conditions;

(2) The operator may refuse participation to intoxicated individuals without refund;

(3) Carrying any kind of weapons or drones is strictly prohibited;

(4) Pets are not allowed;

(2) Wearing non‑slip walking shoes is recommended;
