Important Notes

Ferry departures cannot be specified and there is no seat assignment – all seats are free seating. Please queue up on site and board in order. Each ferry carries a maximum of 192 passengers.

Please use the return ferry within 7 days after the outbound trip. If the date is exceeded, please purchase a one‑way ticket on site separately.

Please note: You must redeem physical round‑trip tickets. Please keep the return ticket safe; if lost, no reissue or refund will be provided.

Please note that 1 child safety seat counts as 1 passenger.

Please bring your ID card or Health Insurance Card to fill in the insurance information on site.

Wheelchairs are permitted on board.

During peak season and busy periods, additional Xiaoliuqiu ferry departures may be added from time to time; on‑site announcements shall prevail.

It is strictly prohibited to bring pets, compressed gases, explosives, flammable items, radioactive substances, corrosive substances, toxic or infectious substances, or dangerous or sharp objects on board.

In the event of force majeure (e.g. bad weather), the supplier will cancel the Xiaoliuqiu ferry ticket and arrange a reschedule or a full refund for you.

The ferry ticket includes insurance. Please be sure to fill in your personal information truthfully on the payment page; the supplier shall not be held responsible if passengers' rights are affected due to false information.

Please note: The supplier does not accept international driving permits issued by Thailand, South Korea, or China.

It is recommended to take motion sickness medication in advance to avoid seasickness.

Please wear a mask at all times, eating and drinking are prohibited on board, and please minimise close conversations.

Warm Reminder

The minimum number of passengers for the shared shuttle is 4. If the minimum number is not reached one day before the trip, you will be notified of a change of schedule or cancellation of the booking.

This product is a shared shuttle service. To protect the rights of other passengers, please arrive at the meeting point 10‑15 minutes before the gathering time; latecomers will not be waited for and cannot use lateness as a reason to request a change, cancellation, or refund of the booking.

This product is a shared shuttle service and you will share the vehicle with other passengers. Actual pick‑up arrangements are subject to on‑site conditions, and there may be a 10‑15 minute waiting discrepancy.

As the shared shuttle vehicles continue to travel between Kaohsiung city centre and the Donggang area on the day, delays may occur due to traffic jams or force majeure factors. The dispatch staff will contact you promptly, so please keep your phone available.

As the shared shuttle involves many uncertain factors, it is recommended to allow 1.5‑2 hours for each one‑way journey.

The supplier will arrange and adjust the vehicle pick‑up time based on the boarding locations of passengers and traffic conditions on the day. Passenger transport information will be notified by SMS or email before 22:00 (Taiwan time) on the day before the designated travel date.

If passengers provide a Taiwan mobile number on the payment page, they will be notified by SMS; for overseas mobile numbers, notification will be sent by email or instant messaging app.

If you do not receive the transport information, please email service@routortravel.com and the night‑time customer service staff will assist you.

Luggage Restrictions

Standard luggage size: 61 cm; large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces. If the number of passengers or pieces of luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity limit, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be given.

Standard luggage size: 76 cm x 51 cm x 32 cm; large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces. Pets, ski equipment, surfboards, wheelchairs, golf clubs and other large items cannot be carried.

Shared shuttle plan: Each person may bring up to 1 piece of 26‑inch luggage (infants and children may also bring 1 piece).

Child Safety Seats

According to Taiwanese law, children aged 0‑4 riding in "passenger cars with 9 seats or fewer" must use an approved child safety seat based on age and body size; this is not required for "large passenger vehicles with 10 seats or more."

If you are travelling with children aged 0‑4, please book a child safety seat in advance; the supplier will provide one according to the vehicle arranged on the day.

Please note that children aged 0‑4 must purchase a seat to ride.

The latest return time for same‑day rentals is 16:30; the actual latest return time is subject to on‑site arrangements at Qing Xiang.

Those renting scooters must bring a valid Taiwan ordinary heavy motorcycle licence or an international driving permit recognised as lawful in Taiwan.

If you do not bring a valid driving document, the shop may provide an electric bicycle (at an additional charge) depending on on‑site conditions; if there is no stock available on site, this booking cannot be cancelled.

Rental Period

8‑hour plan: limited to picking up and returning the scooter on the same day. Example: If you purchase the scooter package at 12:00 on 17/3 and pick up the scooter at 13:50 on 17/3, you must return it by 16:30 on 17/3.

24‑hour plan: e.g., if you pick up the scooter at 11:00 am on 1/7, you must return it by 11:00 am on 2/7. If you return it after 11:00, an overtime fee will be charged at the time of return.

Warm Reminder

On weekdays, the overtime fee is capped at NT$300; on holidays and consecutive holidays, there is no cap.

The scooter rental date is the date selected. If you need to change it, please inform us in advance; same‑day date changes are not accepted.

When renting the scooter on site, in addition to presenting the voucher, you must sign a rental agreement and provide one of the following as a deposit: ID card, driving licence, or Health Insurance Card.

Please take good care of the rental scooter and adhere to the no‑damage principle. If there is obvious damage or destruction to the vehicle body, the vendor will claim compensation for the relevant parts and may charge a loss‑of‑operation fee depending on the situation.

When returning the vehicle, it is recommended that passengers inspect all four sides of the vehicle and take photos or videos to avoid subsequent disputes.

This vehicle is only covered by compulsory third‑party liability insurance. If you need additional insurance, please arrange it yourself.
