 For services between Kaohsiung city area and Kenting, if the pick‑up/drop‑off point is not within the following areas, an additional remote area surcharge will apply: Zuoying District, Gushan District, Sanmin District, Lingya District, Xinxing District, Qianjin District, Yancheng District, Siaogang District, Cijin District, Qianzhen District 

If it is determined to be a remote area, the supplier will calculate the charge based on the distance of your specified pick‑up/drop‑off point and inform you of the surcharge amount before departure. Child Seat: Subject to Taiwan legal regulations, children aged 0‑4 or weighing under 18 kg must use a child safety seat;

Sedan (groups of 1‑3 people) can reserve 1 child safety seat; SUV (groups of 1‑8 people) can reserve 2 child safety seats;

Each safety seat incurs an additional charge of TWD100;

If needed, please be sure to indicate the required quantity on the passenger information page

 For services between HSR Zuoying Station and Kaohsiung city area, if the pick‑up/drop‑off point is outside the service area, additional charges will apply. Please refer to the package details for the specific surcharge amounts and service coverage 

Special Cases: Normal operations during the Chinese New Year holiday. An additional fee of TWD500 will apply for Kaohsiung city area and Donggang transfers, and an additional fee of TWD1000 will apply for Kenting transfers.

 Daytime service hours: 07:00 ‑ 21:00

Night‑time service hours: 21:01 ‑ 06:59. An additional charge of TWD300 applies for pick‑up and drop‑off during night‑time service hours.
