(1) For children aged 3–5, the fee covers actual expenses such as bus seats, facility usage fees and admission tickets on the itinerary; in principle, hotel beds and meals are not provided.
(2) When travelling with children aged 3–5, children are not counted as occupants of the room type. For example, 2 adults + 1 child: please select a 2‑person 1‑room room type.
(3) Combined bookings or shared‑room arrangements are not accepted. Please select a room type that matches the actual number of persons booked. If the registered number does not match the actual number, additional charges will be incurred or the booking will be cancelled directly.
(4) The minimum group size is 20 persons.
Meet at Sapporo North Exit
(1) The minimum group size is 20 persons. If the number of participants does not meet the group requirement, the tour will be cancelled and a cancellation notification email will be sent 14 days before the departure date.
(2) Please arrive at the designated location at least 20 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, latecomers will not be waited for.
(3) Cancellation fees will be charged even in cases of late arrival due to delays in public transport or non‑participation. Once the scheduled departure time is reached, the tour will depart automatically.
(4) Passengers joining this tour in odd numbers will be seated together, and there may be situations where male and female passengers are seated together. We kindly ask for your understanding.
(5) Even if you request a 2‑person 1‑room arrangement, you may be assigned a single room due to staffing arrangements.
(6) The autumn foliage season may vary depending on weather conditions. Annual foliage viewing periods: Goryokaku Park and Onuma Quasi‑National Park: mid‑October to early November; Kōyōen: late October to early November.
(7) The itinerary order may be subject to change.
(8) To ensure safety and facilitate onboard services, the tour leader's seat will be located at the front of the bus.
(9) Although the bus may arrive late due to traffic conditions, please still gather at the designated location.
(10) The drop‑off point on the return journey may differ from the boarding point. This tour may also be operated using small or medium‑sized buses.
(11) For those requiring meal modifications due to severe food allergies, medically required dietary restrictions, or religious reasons, a fee of 1,500 yen will be charged per meal. Any additional difference will be charged at actual cost.
(12) Due to unexpected traffic congestion or crowded tourist attractions, there may be situations where visiting locations have to be reduced, sightseeing time shortened, transfers to other buses arranged, or return times delayed.
(13) Free walks in valleys, forests and other areas may be changed to alternative sightseeing spots or cancelled directly due to weather conditions.
(14) Walking is arranged during this tour. Please wear rubber‑soled sports shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
