The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day.
Please present the paper voucher.
(1) Free for children aged 0‑5;
(2) From 1 April 2025, all non‑Japanese passport holders can purchase and use the JR Pass without the need for a “Temporary Visitor” status;
(3) Please note that the original passport must be presented at the time of purchase; photocopies of passports or residence cards will not be accepted;
(4) The fee is determined based on the age as of the order confirmation date;
(1) Please present the exchange order and passport to collect the JR Pass at the airport or major train stations;
(2) The JR Pass can only be exchanged with an exchange order issued in the individual's own name;
(3) The exchange order is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance; please exchange it for the JR Pass within this period;
(1) When exchanging the JR Pass, please ensure the activation date is within 30 days from the exchange date;
(2) After activation, the JR Pass is valid for 6 consecutive days;
(1) Seat reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance;
(2) Seat reservations can be made at the ticket office with the assistance of station staff;
(3) Please use the reserved seat ticket machine to book seats; refer to the guide for instructions: English Version / Chinese Version / Korean Version;

Cancellation before ticket redemption within 12 months after order confirmation entitles a 90% refund.
No refund will be given under the following circumstances: (1) Ticket has been collected at the station; (2) More than 12 months have passed since order confirmation.
If the English name filled in at the time of booking is incorrect, a free cancellation can be made. For refund requests, please contact Hopetrip Customer Service.
If a redemption voucher has been collected, please return the torn voucher when applying for a refund.
