This activity requires a minimum of 8 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you may book another date or apply for a full refund, and you will receive a message via SNS application or a notification email 1 day before departure.
Due to weather conditions in March, the snow quality at the ski resort may gradually deteriorate. Travellers planning to visit in March are advised to take this into consideration in advance. In addition, the supplier may cancel the trip due to snow conditions, and affected travellers will be contacted if necessary. Please check the supplier's updates one day before departure.
To enter the ski resort, you must be wearing ski gear. Children and adults who are not participating in skiing will not be able to enter the ski resort without proper equipment.
The vehicle will be arranged based on the final number of participants in the group. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking.
The tour guide will contact you via the application you have provided one day before departure. Please provide your instant messaging application ID (WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, WeChat or LINE) or contact number when booking, and ensure that your ID or phone number is reachable.
