(1) Participants must be aged 5 or above to join this activity;
(2) Children aged 0‑3 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge;
(3) This activity is limited to participants aged below 70;
(1) All lifts and escalators are open until 17:00;
(2) Escalators and cable cars cannot be used for sightseeing or round‑trip rides. When using ski slopes, please ensure you wear full alpine skiing or snowboarding gear;
(3) The scenic chairlift is for sightseeing purposes only and cannot be used for alpine skiing or snowboarding;
(4) Helmets, goggles, knee pads and hip protectors are available for rental on site at an additional charge;
(5) Gloves, socks and neck warmers are available for purchase on site;
(6) The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic or ski resort conditions;
(7) Booking process: Book → Receive confirmation voucher → Bus information sent via email the night before departure → Arrive at the designated meeting point on the day of departure;
(8) One alpine skiing instructor can coach approximately 17‑20 students at a time. The final group size may vary slightly depending on the season and on‑site arrangements;
(9) Please carry your passport and valuables with you at all times. We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings;
(10) During peak season, the resort may be crowded. Travellers who prefer fewer crowds are advised to travel during off‑peak hours;
(1) The supplier may refuse participation of intoxicated persons without refund;
(2) The activity is suitable for bringing prams and wheelchairs;
The voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time).
Cancellation and full refund are available up to 24 hours before the activity date (local time).
In case of adverse weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the itinerary and arrange a reschedule or full refund.
No refund will be issued once an activity has been attended, an attraction has been entered, or a ticket has been used.
No refund will be issued if the ticket is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Changes are allowed within 24 hours before the activity starts.
Orders booked with attraction passes, pre-sale orders, or orders with free gifts cannot be changed.

A:** Bus details will be sent after 10:00 PM the night before. Please check your spam folder.
Q: What if I can't find the staff?
A: Staff will contact you via messaging apps on the day of the trip. WhatsApp is recommended.
Q: What if I miss the bus?
A:** Please take a taxi to the ski wear shop before 10:30 AM. Address: 81 Seobaek‑ro, Chuncheon‑si. The ride takes about 1.5 hours and costs around KRW 100,000.
Alternatively, take the subway to Baegyang‑ri Station, then transfer to the resort's free shuttle bus. Total journey time is about 2.5 hours.
Q: Is luggage storage available?
A: Yes. Please notify us at least 3 working days in advance.
Q: Do I need my passport?
A: No. If you do bring it, please keep it safe and secure.
**Q: Is there a restaurant?
A: Yes. Travellers who are vegetarian, halal, or have other special dietary needs should prepare their own meals.
