★Ticket Collection: On the day of visit, present your passport and show/print the booking confirmation email to exchange for tickets;

★Ticket Collection Location: At the scenic spot ticket office;

★Inclusions: 1 admission ticket to Pyeongchang Herb Village Farm;

★Exclusions:

　　(1) Hands‑on experience items at the Herb Experience Classroom;

　　(2) Personal expenses such as meals and on‑site accommodation;

　　(3) Any other personal expenses and those not mentioned in the inclusions;

★Opening Hours:

　　May 1 to October 30: 09:00~18:00 (last entry at 17:00);

　　November 1 to April 30 of the following year: 09:00~17:30 (last entry at 16:30);

　　*Actual operating conditions may be subject to change. Please refer to the opening status of the scenic spot on the day of your visit;

★Pyeongchang Herb Village Farm Official Price:

　　May to October: Adult Ticket (12 years old and above): 8,000 KRW;

　　May to October: Senior & Child Ticket (under 12 years old, 65 years old and above): 5,000 KRW;

　　November to April of the following year: Adult Ticket (12 years old and above): 5,000 KRW;

　　November to April of the following year: Senior & Child Ticket (under 12 years old, 65 years old and above): 3,000 KRW;

★Booking Reminder:

　　(1) When booking tickets, please provide genuine and valid ticket holder information to avoid any issues during ticket collection;

　　(2) If you need to reschedule, please apply at least 1 day before the date of use;

　　(3) After placing the order, please make payment within 90 minutes; if payment is not made within 90 minutes, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will need to place a new order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused;
