(1) After making an online reservation for park entry, visitors can obtain a "QR Code" online and enter the Water World by presenting the QR Code for verification at the ticket gate. (2) Usage process for Unlimited Ride Pass, Parent‑Child Pass, and Family Pass: Before first use, the pass must be exchanged at the manual ticket office of the applicable park using the purchase information. The final user must register and activate the pass at the Visitor Service Centre of the applicable park with a valid ID (real‑name registration and facial recognition). Entry is permitted within the validity period.

Unredeemed tickets can be refunded at any time. Tickets are valid for single use only. Copies and forgeries are invalid. Re‑entry after exiting the park requires purchasing a new ticket. The park reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors using lost, stolen, expired, or counterfeit tickets. If indoor rides and performances are suspended or cancelled due to force majeure such as natural weather conditions or power outages, the park will not offer ticket extensions or refunds.

(1) When entering the Water World, any minor under 1.5 metres in height must be accompanied throughout the visit by at least one adult visitor who has purchased a ticket and is capable of providing safety supervision. (2) Please do not bring boys over 1.1 metres into the female changing room, and girls over 1.1 metres must not be brought into the male changing room. Photography is prohibited inside the changing rooms. (3) Certain rides have requirements regarding height, weight, age, accompaniment, and physical health conditions. Please choose your rides according to the information on the park's notice boards. (4) Visitors suffering from hypertension, heart disease, ringworm, skin diseases, epilepsy, hepatitis, severe trachoma, acute conjunctivitis, otitis media, mental illness, intestinal infectious diseases, asthma, fractures or a history of joint dislocation, alcoholics, those prone to allergies, those who have consumed alcohol, pregnant women, and those medically assessed as unfit for strenuous exercise or unsuitable for water activities will be refused entry to the Water World. (5) For safety reasons, the Water World reserves the right to refuse entry of handbags, backpacks, carrier bags, jewellery, glasses, hair clips, and other items into the ride areas. Please store them properly yourself. Visitors are prohibited from bringing metal accessories such as mobile phones, necklaces, rings, earrings, ear studs, and other sharp objects onto slide facilities. To maintain water quality, visitors must wear swimwear and slippers/water shoes to enter the park for rides. Visitors may bring their own swimsuits, swim trunks, towels, slippers, bath towels, and toiletries, or purchase them within the park.

Do not bring flammable, explosive, or other dangerous goods, or state‑regulated weapons and other dangerous items into the park. All outside food, beverages, and drinking water, including but not limited to the above items (except infant food), and other items deemed by staff to pose safety hazards, will be refused entry. (2) To ensure safety, the park may adjust opening and closing times, ride availability, and schedules due to abnormal weather, special events, visitor capacity, equipment maintenance, and other force majeure factors.
