Select the date of use and number of participants to place the order. After successful booking, a confirmation will be sent via SMS or email;
On the day, present the voucher with the order number and the lead passenger's name at the meeting point to join the tour;
Minimum 10 participants to form a group;
Infants under 3 years old may join free of charge, but must inform customer service in advance and have it noted;
(1) Children's ticket: 3‑12 years old;
(2) Adult ticket: 13 years old and above;
Round‑trip bus fare, expressway tolls, tour leader fee, and items included in the selected package;
Personal expenses and any costs not specified in the inclusions;
Chinese, English, Japanese;
08:00 at Kani Doraku Higashi Store, Dotonbori, Osaka; 09:20 at Kyoto Station Hachijoguchi Sightseeing Bus Parking Lot. Please arrive 10‑15 minutes early; the vehicle will depart on time;
(1) If Oibori Ski Resort is closed on the day of the tour, the venue will be changed to Hakodateyama Ski Resort;
(2) Please inform us in advance if you are bringing luggage or ski equipment. Due to limited storage space, we cannot guarantee availability;
(3) Helmets and gloves are not available for rental at the ski resort;
(4) Helmet is not included in the package; it can be rented on‑site for 2,000 yen;
Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Additional pieces can be paid to the driver/guide on‑site at 2,000 yen per piece. Please ensure you indicate the number of luggage items when placing the order. If you fail to notify us in advance, the driver/guide reserves the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be issued;
(1) The supplier will notify you by email before 21:00 (Japan time) the day before departure with the meeting point, time, and the tour guide's contact information;
(2) This is a shared tour. To ensure the rights of all passengers and smooth operation, the tour will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Your understanding is appreciated. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it. If you are unable to board due to a change of meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be provided;
(3) This product may be adjusted due to weather conditions or other factors. To ensure safety, staff reserve the right to request guests to stop outdoor activities and will discuss alternative arrangements with you. The final decision is subject to actual conditions on the day;
(4) Early departure or midway withdrawal from the group tour is not permitted. If you choose to leave midway, any uncompleted portion will be considered as self‑abandoned, and no refund will be issued;
(5) Depending on the actual number of participants, a small bus or minivan may be used. The driver may also serve as the tour guide. Your understanding is appreciated;
(6) Seating cannot be reserved. If you have special requirements, please inform the tour guide on the day;
(7) Commentary is provided in Chinese, English, or Japanese, but the specific language cannot be guaranteed. The actual commentary language will be arranged on the day and is at the supplier's final discretion;
(8) Strong‑smelling food and ice cream‑type products are prohibited on the bus;
